Four Points by Sheraton Arusha, the Arusha Hotel

Good service and location also good

以前就在Arusha喜來登入住，當時的物價還沒這麼高。現在再來，環境依然不錯，但是裝修設施變化不大。同樣的價格，已經沒辦法入住相同的房型［之前非攜程預訂］。酒店早飯不錯，種類多，可選擇多。午飯20美金/位的自助也比以前划算很多。如果後續再來，衹要價格合適，還是會繼續選擇這裏。

We chose to stay at this hotel both before and after our safari adventure, with the initial and final days covered by the safari company. Deciding to extend our stay by an additional day was an easy decision, especially considering the seamless experience we had. Remarkably, we didn't have to switch rooms at any point, enjoying the convenience of adjoining rooms overlooking the inviting pool area. The front desk staff deserves commendation for their exceptional service throughout our stay, setting a high standard for hospitality. The rooms themselves surpassed our expectations, boasting a level of quality that exceeded even that of four-star accommodations in the US. Needless to say, we were thoroughly impressed. However, our experience in the bar and restaurant fell short of perfection, which ultimately influenced our rating. On the first day, we encountered an unfortunate incident where our table was taken while we were at the buffet. Despite this hiccup, the culinary offerings were outstanding when ordered off the menu, with prices notably more reasonable compared to the buffet dinner. Breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day. Regrettably, the service in the restaurant was inconsistent, with several instances where we had to actively seek out staff to request the check. This inconsistency in service detracted from the overall experience, prompting us to rate the hotel lower in terms of its full-service capabilities. In summary, while our stay at this hotel was largely enjoyable, particularly thanks to the excellent front desk staff and the quality of the rooms, the inconsistent service in the restaurant and bar prevented us from giving it a higher rating.

We stayed for 6 nights all together and found the staff, all over the hotel, to be exceptional. They constantly had an eye out for anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable, were very warm but not intrusive, and took excellent care of us in the bar and restaurant. This was a perfect soft landing on either side of a Serengeti Safari but also did a few day trips (Arusha National Park, Taranagire, Ngorongoro Crater) from this hotel and found their assistance with our pick up and drop off to be extraordinary. Hotel was spotless, ground beautiful, and beds comfortable.

A jewel in Arusha: plush, green, comfortable and serene. Fantastic ambience, decor and food. Perfectly located for a pit stop onwards to any safari. A fab upscale facility with a gym and a pool. The flora and garden seemed surreal and the attention to detail of decor and interiors is impeccable.

Very well maintained hotel. Nicely positioned in Arusha. Room was excellent and fully equipped. 210 plugs, so bring you adapter if traveling from US. Iron, board, slippers, robes, fully stocked bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent stay. Full English breakfast and more, with Indian and Middle Eastern style additions. Fruit, pastries, everything. Roof top restaurant bar pool is a great place to relax and the food is very affordable and great quality. Hotel staff was some of the best ever from my global travels.

The room was nice and clean with adequate space for a king-size bed and a foldable bed for a third person, room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We arrived very early morning at 330am the staff who greeted us was very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Good security. The hotel was gated. Nice pool, gym was by the pool area. The hotel had a beautiful lush garden, wonderful place to hang out. Buffet breakfast with omelet station was good. Buffet dinner was average. Day Reception staff were not as friendly - communication skills need improvement. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant.
