ザ ミリマニ ロッジ(The Milimani Lodge)

This is a beautiful little lodge in Arusha. It is a nice place to stay before and/or after a safari or Kilimanjaro climb due to proximity to the airport. The facility is meticulously maintained. I had a second floor room with a balcony at the front and back of the room. There is a gorgeous rose garden in the center of the lodge. The rooms are nicely appointed with A/C, tv, desk, locking wardrobe, hot water pot, etc. The water for the shower was nice and hot. The staff and owner are extremely nice and accommodating. The food was great as well. I would highly recommend.

Big thanks to Brenda for a warm welcome and all the staff for a lovely first night in Tanzania. Brenda really made sure we had what we needed. We only stayed one night. Everything was clean and we enjoyed a good breakfast .

This wonderful hotel is truly special. Right from the start, the excellent service and friendly staff made a big impression on me. The manager's leadership and personal attention were outstanding, making my stay memorable. The food at the restaurant was amazing, offering a mix of Tanzanian and international dishes. This hotel, with its peaceful location and top-notch service, is a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Arusha. It's a place where every moment becomes a cherished memory.

Great place to relax after climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. Very hospitable staff and owner. They are dedicated to good customer service and do it very professionally and generously. Great food at the restaurant, with nice and courteous service. The place is neat and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Always stay here for work related trips to Arusha. I have been here twice already and will definitely come back. Very good service, quiet comfy rooms. Good breakfast and other meals. Excellent location and all this for a fair price. What else would it need?

After a long day in our flights, Milimani Lodge was the perfect place to rest for us. Very conveniently located, just off the main road, 45 minutes from Kilimanjaro airport, and also on the way to Serengeti and Tarangire. Also, it is close to Arusha National Park (if one decides to hang around in Arusha). It is not a large chain hotel, rather a small, quaint boutique lodge. What we liked the most was the service, very friendly staff. The owner, Ravi, was a very hospitable person, and he ensured that he provided us with anything we needed. When we go back to Tanzania down the road, we are very much going to begin our journey at Milimani.

The Milimani Lodge was the perfect place to stay after a safari. The room was spacious, clean, and well air-conditioned. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, food was great, and the property had a wonderful garden to relax. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Arusha.

Wonderful food , clean rooms and friendly staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. Small place and enjoyed the stay. Coffee and breakfast was with enough if a selection of eggs, breads, cereals and fruit.

The Milimani Lodge is set back a bit from the road, which helps make it a nice, quiet oasis from the bustling city. Our outfitter booked our room here and clearly they know what they're doing. The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. We were two women wanting to get to certain places in the city and Ravi (hotel proprietor) helped us secure safe transportation for the day. The hotel/lodge was very clean, the beds are comfortably hard, the water for the shower was instantly hot (no need to turn on the water heater), and a hair dryer is available at the front desk. Breakfast is included with your stay and quite tasty. The same restaurant is available for lunch and dinner and the food is absolutely amazing. If you like fish, get the grilled red snapper. It's some of the best I've had.
