部屋のエアコンがちゃんと動いていればほぼ完璧です。値段は比較的安く、他のトスカーナのホテルとは一線を画しています。ホテル会社が運営しており、ホテルの基準を維持しています。レストランは驚きで、値段も手頃で美味しい料理が楽しめます。この小さなホテルで夕食に幅広いメニューが用意されているとは予想していませんでした。強くお勧めします！部屋のエアコンが動かない場合は、その部屋をサービス停止にして、他のゲストに販売すべきではありません。特に今年は非常に暑いのですが、翌日すぐに新しいエアコンを設置してくれました。フロントは24時間対応ではないので注意してください。私のように技術的な問題が発生した場合は、修理のために翌日まで待たなければなりません。しかし、ホテルは私の期待を上回っています。シエナやトスカーナの他の有名な観光地にも非常に近いです。私たちはこのホテルが大好きです！また、お菓子作りなどの無料体験も提供しています。サービスレベルと部屋の設備をアップグレードすれば、もっと高い値段で部屋を販売できるでしょう。ちなみに、プールはとても汚く、日光浴用のベッドはとても古く、私は全く使いませんでした。しかし、先ほども言ったように、設備をアップグレードすれば、もっと高い価格で販売できるでしょう。

Our stay was totally amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always with a smile. The property itself is very cute with great view and nice pool area. The breakfast was served in a nice room with quite some variety. We loved every bits of our stay and I could only recommend it ! Thank you

Unfortunately, my experience with Castello di Leonina has been extremely disappointing. I had a room booked for two nights in August, and upon arriving at the hotel at approximately 7:00 PM, I was informed that the air conditioning was not working (had not been working for the past 3-4 days). I was given the option to stay without AC or cancel the reservation for a full refund. I chose to cancel and was assured that I would receive my reimbursement promtly. However, despite repeated follow-ups since August, I still have not received the refund as of November. This prolonged delay and lack of resolution has been very frustrating and does not reflect the level of service I expected. I hope the hotel addresses this promptly for future guests.

My wife and I stayed here from October 1st to 4th and the service was amazing right from the start. We had rented a car in Siena, and it was a nice drive from town. Elena at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful including travel suggestions. The property is beautiful, and we sat in the outdoor bar area near the pool for drinks and snacks, in the early afternoon with a great view of the countryside. We did have dinner there the first night and it was perfect and reasonably priced. We had a hiccup with our room’s safe deposit box and the maintenance man came and fixed it within minutes and noticed a light bulb flickering in a lamp and came back right away and replaced it without any request (very nice!). Breakfasts were great with lots of selection (eggs, bacon, fruits, juices, cereals and treats). The day we had to leave, there was a bike rally in town and the Taxi company told us they would not take any advanced booking for a pickup from Enterprise rentals to get us to the train station (we had prebought train tickets for 8:00am to head to Sorento). They also suggested they may not even be able to pick us up if we got there the next morning and called then, because “there may be too many bicycles or the roads may be closed”. Roxana at the front desk tried calling them a couple times for us, in efforts to get the taxi company to arrange a pickup, to no avail (good thing I'm not writing a review about the taxi company and staff!!!!) Anyway...Roxana went out of her way to help ensure we had a ride from the car rental drop off location to the train, which meant we could sleep the night before. She was a huge help and we have nothing but great stuff about her and the staff at this castle.

This was a last minute choice for a seven day holiday in Tuscany. Our original hotel announced they were closing the day before we were due to fly. We wanted somewhere from where we could tour Tuscany, but was of an excellent standard, quiet and peaceful. This completely fulfilled our requirements. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It’s essential to have a car. The hotel really is a castle and the building is spectacular. The staff are terrific, the food excellent, the room was large and very comfortable and it was so peaceful. The views are spectacular. It’s only 20 minutes from Sienna, and ideally placed to explore the beauties of Tuscany. We had no complaints. With one of us being vegetarian, the restricted selection of dishes on the dinner menu was supplemented by the chef providing additional ‘specials’. Thank you to everyone at Castello di Leonina.

As much as I’d like to keep this place all to myself, it was the most magical experience I’ve ever had at a property. This one is truly special, and perfect for lovers!

Lovely hotel. The views are spectacular - the sunsets are unreal. Great amenities and beautiful property. The staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and always available. Room was comfortable and clean. Finally, located close to Siena with loads of dinner options in town. That said, one might we ate at the restaurant and the food was great.
