Very friendly staff. Very clean and modern room and facilities. Great breakfast bar with wide variety of selections.

The property was close to the Biltmore Village as well as the Estate. Easy access to restaurant and shops.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable - basic but fit our needs. The staff folks were very nice. My only complaint would be that the road noise from the road in front of the hotel was noticable - even on the 4th floor.

Clean and they actually did daily room cleaning! Location is 5 min drive from Biltmore Village. Good value.

Rooms seemed new and fresh. Luxury vinyl floors instead of carpet! Nice surfaces throughout. Clean!

The property was ok for our trip, but the website made it seem a LOT better than it was. The pool was tiny and old. The "workout facility" seemed like a closet and people in the pool could see you! The breakfast wasn't good and they didn't even have real coffee! Again, if we hadn't been led to believe otherwise, we would have chosen some place else.

Very unimpressed. Not sure what “Mountain View” rooms they are advertising but this is in the middle of a busy street with some type of construction going on. The hotel smells weird in the lobby and stinky in the room. Someone reported us to the front desk for being to noisy- the walls are paper thin. We were actually all in bed. Then, the person underneath us came and knocked on our door, again we were all in bed asleep and he said we were being too noisy. The pool was cold and the fitness room is literally only a treadmill and an elliptical. Beds are not comfortable at all and the rooms are tiny. The price was the best part of this stay, but I wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. That was the good. The room was very loud - when the guests above us walked it sounded like the ceiling would fall in. When people walked by, especially with children, it sounded as though they were in the room with us. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The center was worn out and you had to hold on to the edge to keep from sinking into the “hole” in the center. The temperature was very hard to regulate and was either too hot or too cold.

The rooms were small and the mattress was very soft. In a good note, we loved the sliding barn door for the bathroom
