Pro-Great location off the main highway into Asheville. Close to town and walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, very attentive. Con- Dirty floors through out and especially in the shower stall and room carpet (#324). Some cleaning supervision would probably correct this issue quickly. Would consider again if they correct cleaning supervision issues.

The hotel itself was great. There were some patrons that had small children who were allowed to run up and down the corridor

Next to convenient stores pharmacy and a great Brazilian all you can eat meat restaurant call Gauchinho. The staff in hotel was friendly kitchen staff super friendly and breakfast was perfect. Recommend this hotel if you want to be near downtown Asheville or medical appointments in Mission Hospital areas.

Exceeded my expectations! My room was clean, spacious, and very modern. Great hotel breakfast. Free shuttle to/from downtown Asheville was a huge bonus. Would stay here again if visiting Asheville again!

The manager and staff were very courteous and allowed me and my boyfriend, though we are just under 21, to check in without issue. Coffee and hot cocoa were available all day and there were cookies available around noon. It’s not far from downtown Asheville which has amazing restaurants and shops. The room was clean and very spacious for the price point. My only complaints are that the continental breakfast closes a little early than I’m used to, around 9AM, and that driving to the hotel is a little inconvenient because it’s quite literally on an interstate.

The check in process was poor I arrived at the hotel couldn't get in there was no one at the front desk I had to call and no one answered then the man showed up about 20 25 30 minutes later. My 6-year-old had a competition so we missed her birthday the woman that was at the desk allowed us to have a little party in the lobby so nice I wish I remembered her name it made our trip a lot better

This was a very nice hotel. It was very clean and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a cut above the normal hotel breakfast. A good selection including hot food, fresh fruit and decent muffins. It was fairly easy to get to after we figured out its patterns. It was located right next to a shopping center and not really too close to the River Arts district. They could really use a better sign on the ground as the one on the building was not visible when we got close, so we drove by it at first. The hotel stay was very nice and we will definitely stay there again when we come to Asheville.

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Clean rooms and pet friendly! Will definitely recommend and come back

Staff was really helpful, friendly, and professional. Also, they offer a convenient shuttle to take you to the arts district and downtown which, is imposable to find parking.
