Our stay at Quba Palace Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The place is truly breathtaking — you feel as if you are staying in a real palace. The atmosphere is peaceful, elegant, and incredibly beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a lovely climate. The hotel is luxurious and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. There are plenty of activities and facilities to enjoy, and the swimming pool was amazing. The breakfast and food were delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety of choices. Every detail of our stay was exceptional, from the beautiful design and wonderful atmosphere to the excellent service and facilities. We truly enjoyed every moment and were sad to leave. It was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend Quba Palace Hotel to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and a truly special stay. We would definitely love to come back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food: The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and generous portions, making it the perfect start to each day. Nature Walk: We enjoyed a peaceful nature walk in an open area where autumn had painted the ground with golden leaves. The trees gently shedding created a serene, picturesque atmosphere — quiet, natural, and full of seasonal charm. Landscape: The landscape around the lake and park was very well maintained — green, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It added a refreshing touch to the overall ambiance, making every view feel calm and scenic. Spa: The spa experience was truly rejuvenating. The atmosphere was calm, and the therapists were professional and attentive. Activities: There was a great selection of enjoyable activities — fun, relaxing, and perfectly organized. Staff: Special thanks to Ms. Qamze, the wonderful host at the Steak House Restaurant, for her warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We also want to recognize the gentleman in the black suit who took our order on the first night — though we didn’t catch his name, he was truly an amazing host: very well-informed, attentive, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Heartfelt appreciation as well to Vugar, the Director of Operations, and Samira, the Guest Relations Manager, for their professionalism, kindness, and personal attention throughout our stay. Every staff member we met was polite, welcoming, and eager to help — a true reflection of outstanding service. Room: Clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Overall, it was a perfect stay — from the delicious food and relaxing spa to the golden autumn nature walk, the beautiful lake landscape, and the exceptional team who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Quba Palace Hotel is easily one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed at. It’s the kind of place that makes you pause and just take in the surroundings. Set amidst lush green hills, the hotel feels like a royal estate with every corner designed to impress. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by an opulent lobby with grand chandeliers, velvet seating, and a timeless sense of luxury. The rooms are elegant and spacious, with tasteful interiors, soft lighting, and French-style detailing. My room opened up to views of the gardens and hills, and the mornings felt incredibly peaceful. The bathroom had a large bathtub and premium fittings, which made it feel even more indulgent. The property itself is massive and full of things to do. There’s a huge pool area that overlooks the valley, a beautiful indoor spa pool, and a lake surrounded by cozy wooden cottages. You can take a walk on the red jogging tracks lined with trees and vintage lamps, or simply sit by the water and watch the ducks glide by. They even have boats you can take out on the lake, and a horse carriage ride that adds a charming, old-world touch. The restaurant is stunning, from its decor to its food. The chandeliers, golden accents, and royal-style furniture make dining here an experience in itself. The food was delicious. I tried a mix of local and international dishes, and everything was flavorful and fresh. What I loved most was how calm and quiet the whole place felt. Even with its grandeur, it’s not overwhelming. It’s peaceful, romantic, and perfectly maintained. You can come here for a relaxing getaway, a family vacation, or even a honeymoon, and it would fit right in. If you ever visit Azerbaijan, make sure Quba Palace is on your list. It’s more than a hotel, it’s a destination in itself.

ADVISE do not book at this hotel, they do not care for anything but money. i could not arrive at the hotel due to the war situation, i spoke to them but they care a zero care for the customer

Staff with very bad attitude, very old furniture, very expensive for the service, very far away from city.they in need to hire more professional staff, i found the housekeeping inside my room without permission.the furniture should be updated esp with this very expensive rate

Let me start by saying that the ENTIRE staff here needs a crash course on hospitality !! They are cold , grumpy , look non approachable…non receptive … almost as if they have been forced into bonded labour !! Courtesy , charm … are alien emotions for these guys . The property has an excellent location and a fabulous views but when we checked out , all that we recalled vividly is the super disinterested staff ! I couldn’t see a single smile … makes me wonder where Azerbaijan ranks in the world’s happy list !! The room was luxurious…. Though old styled …the pillows were not comfortable …felt like the ones you discard back home .. The air conditioning was not working and we had to keep the window open the entire night to avoid the stuffiness in the room . And this is the experience when we had a booked a superior high end room ! The only person who was actually keen to know how our stay was , was the guest relations manager Tofig …. Who actually got a huge low down from my pent up frustrating experience. If the management does work upon its staff and service … check up the rooms and take the crash course as I mentioned in the very beginning, then Quba palace would be. Good choice …. Completely based on its locations , expanse and its views . Till then head to an Air B&B if need be !!

This is the worst 3 nights i stayed in Quba in this Hotel 1- Hotel rooms are very old and dirty 🤮 “Many furniture need replacement “ 2- carpets are dirty because its old &stained🤢 3 - no life guards in swimming pools 😱 4 - food is good but the same over and over daily 😓 5- In website when you book you can’t select your view and you pay the same So , even if there is a lake view room they would rather fill the mountain view first and you will find a huge car parking view 🤬 Extra bed 60 manat 🤬🤬🤬and it is very dirty cheap bed 6- in website you do think this is a resort with all facilities However, most of them are not working and the rest you have to pay again So it is a 3 star hostel basically….🤑🤑 Finally my honest review, workers and employees there are very friendly and helpful as most if Azeri people ❤️ Especially thanks to Amel from activities However, their management is not willing to invest some money in this hotel 👿🤑 I would not go again to this place even if offered free stay 🥱🥱🥱🥱 By the way i took hotel suite which is very below average and not worth the money

First the pros Fabulous location, picturesque surrounding, beautiful lake. Lobby and bar is also grand with partial design. Many activities, like boating bowling, tours, mostly with significant price tags Very big lunch and dinner spread. Cons- We struggled for 15 minutes with room AC settings and then we're informed that AC is centrally controlled and the automated controls in the room are dummy. Breakfast time 8 to 11 am and dinner 6 to 9pm. At 9pm they simply cardon off the food stalls. So you have to finish before the designated time. We had to leave at 7am for our flight. We requested for early or packed breakfast. The reception desk told us that it will be charged (even though our package included prepaid breakfast and dinner). Bathroom and toilet glass doors without lock and latch. Big enough gaps in the door to peep inside.

Had booked 2 rooms for a family vacation. Had a horrible check-in experience that ruined the entire holiday. Was allotted a room outside the elevator, and we requested to change it. This simple request would have been executed by any 5 star hotel swiftly within minutes. We had to go back & forth over 2.5 hours with no luck. The staff kept arguing about not informing them before checking in instead of finding a solution. Totally unprofessional in handling customer concerns. Our second room was given 1 hour late, and the hotel didn't take any responsibility. The hotel doesn't believe in customer centricity. It is rated as a 5 star but with 2 star attitude & experience. Guest are at their mercy. Staff is inhospitable and inflexible. Service is very poor. Request to talk to the GM was also denied. The guest relations manager said she didn't have GM's email id. Have never come across a hotel where staff does not have GM's email. It's such a shame that staff is resorting to such tactics to deal with guests. The resolution offered was that we will refund your money for 2 nights. The hotel is in middle of no where and they expected us to find hotel room instead of finding us a solution. We travelled all the way from Dubai for this vacation, and everyone was so disappointed. Please avoid.

The hotel have amazing location in heart of Quba.perfect hotel experience with full of activities includes bowling, horse riding, lake boat & shooting.indoor facilities also available with amazing experience as spa , indoor swimming pool & Lobby cafe

The hotel is located in a very picturesque, mountainous area and is indeed a beautiful palace. The check in process is smooth with the exception of any guidance or assistance with luggage. The hotel manageress, Samira is exceptionally professional and goes to great lengths to make hotel guests feel welcome and valued. The service at the mountain restaurant The Challete Steakhouse is top notch, with delicious food and friendly and courteous staff. The great 5* star service unfortunately does not filter through to all amenities and due to my very poor experience, I would not recommend the SPA at this hotel. The staff here are very immature and require additional etiquette and basic training in how to deal professionally with guests. In particular, Husein is very argumentative and disrespectful and makes no apology for his poor behaviour and even encouraged me to report him to the hotel manageress. This incident left a very tarnished image not on the hotel itself but such things have a way of causing unnecessary stress and unhappiness during what is supposed to be a pleasant vacation.
