ボーライン ホテル(Bowline Hotel)

I took a 2-day trip here to get away by myself for a couple of days and this could not have been a nicer spot for that. Everything in this gorgeous boutique hotel is designed for maximum relaxation and comfort, from the river views and watching sea lions swim by while sipping morning coffee, to the super-comfortable bed and Frette linens, to the delicious Scandinavian food and yummy cocktails in the hotel restaurant The Knot, to the unusual barrel saunas that guests can relax in. The staff are all incredibly nice, and were happy to upgrade my room when I asked for a river view (yes, I paid for it), and gave great recs on places to eat nearby too. I loved how so much that i wanted to see and experience was either within walking distance or a short drive away. I can't wait for my next stay!

Read the fine print, you have to park yourself off property. You can pay an extra $15 a day to have them park for you. I suspect during peak times, off street parking isn’t easy. Not sure the amenities are worth an extra $10 a day. We brought our own coffee, there was soap. I’m not sure what other amenities. They did have robes and a sauna, maybe those. Just seemed strange to not have it included in the price. We did enjoy our stay, and the location was awesome. These extra charges just seemed petty.

Beautiful room, lovely tub, perfect view Bar staff ignored us for a long time so just went to room. When went to varlater, had mediocre service and not good dessert

This stay was very nice! Staff was super above and beyond. I think the only reason we gave it 4 stars was a safety factor, no grab bars in tub or shower! My husband slipped a bit in the shower, so I went and got a rubber mat. Better! You can't beat that view, it was exceptional. There was a bit of thumping and bumping in one of the rooms around 4:30am. Took about an hour to subside. The Sea Otters are not a bother! We enjoyed them. We have booked another trip....thank you!!!

What a great property and the staff is so friendly. Easy to walk around and find lots of things to do.

Loved staying at Bowline. Great location, view, and service. The town was fun to explore and we were welcomed by a very kind community.

Such a blast, love all the little touches from Prosecco at check in, to the cozy robes , AMAZING views, loose leaf tea and French press coffee in the room, and kind staff. Bed is so comfy and I loved getting to hear the sea lions out the door to the river and watch all the ships go by. Can’t wait to return!

This hotel is a gem!! We staying in the King Trolley view room on the first floor. The designers thought of everything. There are so many special high-end touches that made our stay fabulous. The little coffee and tea station in the room, the patio, the location... I could go on and on. I have not staying in a hotel this amazing in a while. I highly recommend!!!!

Beautiful property. Stayed on the trolley side…will stay on the water side next time. Staff was very friendly and was so happy they allowed pets.
