Su ubicación nos venía bien porque teníamos un evento familiar en una urbanización próxima. Pero me niego a volver. Llegamos tarde y cargados con las perchas, maletas y demás. La habitación tenía un acceso difícil, con unas escaleras altas y metálicas, y con un paso lleno de moscas. Ni siquiera preguntaron si teníamos alguna dificultad para subirlas, cosa que es así pero con el cansancio que llevábamos del viaje de ocho horas en coche sólo quería descansar. La habítación olía a tabaco, no se había ventilado en tiempo. Yo soy no fumadora y me molesta muchísimo. El aire acondicionado hacía tal ruído que para poder dormir tuvimos que apagarlo. Y la limpieza, para mi gusto, también dejaba que desear. En resumen. De las dos noches que habíamos contratado sólo nos quedamos una, preferí perder el dinero a volver a dormir allí. Y cuando fuimos a decir que nos íbamos ni se les ocurrió preguntar si había algún problema con la habitación, simplemente no mostraron interés. En resumen, para ir una vez, la primera y la última. No le doy categoría de hotel.

We've never seen such an awful bathroom where it's already written in the stone that there gonna be water everywhere! The shower is simply not a shower and they know because they put many towels , aware that you're gonna use them to prevent the water going everywhere (see picture and you will understand...). On top of this the sink is not a sink, but a shower head!!!! In addition to this, the area where the IBIS is locates is awful and gives the impression to be dangerous. I would not recommend a stay in this hotel, unless first they decided to treat people respectfully giving at least showers that can be used.

Recently stayed here for a few days. Location is fantastic as it is only a few minutes walk to the old town. However, if travelling by train/bus, it’s about 15 mins walk (with luggage). I appreciate and am grateful that they let us check in early (before midday). My room key card didn’t work the next day so had to get it renewed daily which was a pain (not with my travel companions key card who had a different room though!). There were a few steps into hotel reception and a few steps again to get elevator access- I think they should really have a ramp. Room is otherwise clean but a little dated. I don’t like that the hair dryer was attached to the bathroom wall and put in a corner where it’s difficult to access as the bathroom is fairly compact. Otherwise overall a pleasant stay.

まず、レセプションのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした!そして、すべてのホテルではそうではありません!私たちはとても歓迎されたと感じました。私たちは、尋ねる必要がなくても、やかんと熱い飲み物さえ提供されました!町でどこで食事をするかについての良いアドバイスを受けました。地下駐車場は簡単にアクセスでき、交渉も簡単です。どこに行くのか知ったら!ホテルに直接エレベーターでアクセスできます。私たちの部屋は清潔でとても広としていました。十分な収納スペースとホテルの部屋にあるべきすべてがそこにありました。調理済みの食べ物を試食しませんでしたが、朝食はとても適切でした。待っているスタッフは丁寧でとても親切でした。街へのアクセスは簡単で、10分で大聖堂まで歩いて行けるように挑戦されると思いますが(どこかで宣伝されているように!)。少なくとも 15 分、途中で 2 時間の「ショッピング時間」を許可してください。街の古い部分は、小さな広場や時折の市場を探索する興味深いものです。他に何を言うべきか?お金に非常に良い値!

私たちはここに一泊しました。ホテルは有名な建築家カラトラバによって設計され、外から見ると印象的でした。部屋は広く、ベッドと枕は快適でした。サービスはフレンドリーで効率的でした。価格に素晴らしい朝食が含まれています。外の構造は摩耗の兆候を示しており、触れる可能性があります。部屋自体は摩耗の兆候がいくつかありましたが、私たちの滞在を損なうことはありませんでした。

The hotel as a whole is a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The first impression was great. Friendly and welcoming check-in. However, once details come up and they are not resolved, it becomes annoying. Rooms lack basic amenities like tissues, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file (amenities that are standard in a 5 star hotel). The same room types, which cost exactly the same per night, differ in the amenities that are available in some and not in others. We have 3 rooms of the same category. For example, there is full body mirror in room 203. But a mirror in room 202. (Same room type.) There is a long full-length mirror in 203 and 103 and there is none in 202. There is also a coffee maker in 202 but not in the other 2 rooms.. these are small insignificant details. The biggest problem is not the lack of amenities but the lack of attention because there is not enough staff. It's really a ”one man show”.... In the F&B areas. At the reception... no one answers the phone when you need reception and the coffee at breakfast only comes after breakfast has already been served... feel sorry for the poor staff, they are overworked. However when you need something done in the room... you can call and call, they might apologise but no other solution is given other than a room move. Which on a holiday is not very practical. The bathroom blinds in room 202 are damaged, no one even tries to fix it. In room 203 the windows do not open (faulty) maintenance does not check the condition... only solution is a room move... it would be nice for at least a gesture of finding a solution... I hope the people in charge read this because the place is beautiful, it has a lot of potential and it would be nice if other future guests could enjoy it and not be annoyed by small details that add up and become a burden during the stay.

I was only planning on staying one night, I ended up staying for three! My room was so comfortable and peaceful, and it had the most gorgeous view of the water and the castle. It is located near stunning beaches, lovely nature, and the incredible beauty of Northern Spain. I loved my stay here and I look forward to returning one day soon!
