From the moment we walked in the hotel we felt welcome. Villy in the reception and all the staff were great and made our stay most enjoyable. The attention to cleanliness, the comfort of the beds and the quality of linen were all remarkable. The hotel has been renovated throughout but retains some of the limitations of the old building, the rooms are a bit small and some have a window over an inner yard. Location is excellent, steps away from the metro in Omonia square and walking distance to Monastirakis. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. A 10 min walk to main square. Comfy bed and nice touch with some free drinks and bottle of wine in fridge on arrival. Special thank you to Vlad for his help.

A dark claustrophobic room, small for one, unsatisfactory for two. No room for 2 suitcases and could not put them under the bed. The hand held shower was not on a rail but hung on a single low point in the shower, there was an overhead job but neither my wife or I like them. Nice wash basin ruined by an overly long spout the that effectively bisected the basin, form over function I'm afraid. Emptying the basin resulted in the waste water coming up and over the floor drain. We asked to change rooms but the hotel wanted an extra €3000.oo, yes 3000. The lift doors hinge open blocking the direction to the rooms though the lobby one is okay as one exits to the left. We were there for 5 nights. Overall very poor value.

There was a lot of graffiti and desolate properties near by. The property is a five minute walk from tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is immaculate.

The hotel was very new and beautiful! Decor was very pretty. The room was small but had a great coffee set up, free water bottle and comfy complimentary slippers. It was immaculate! The breakfast was good just not a big selection. Would totally stay here again. Great location

The cleanliness and condition of the hotel are top notch. Very modern and inviting. The staff across the board was excellent. Especially Elvis at the front desk. Everyone was attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. While we wanted to work on our Greek vocabulary, the staff all spoke English very well and it added to our cinfort level.

I am giving a rate of 4 stars, only because there was no pool or Gym, otherwise it was certainly a 5 star service. You feel comfortable and welcomed once you step in with modern lighted, furnished and decorated lobby and friendly smiling team dressed smartly and professionally( see photo) The room was spacious, modernly furnished , and quiet with a tea tray and much extras( espresso machine, free pirrè water and fizzy drinks in the fridge. Bathroom had all Brown Malton brand toiletries, a rain fall and hand held showers

I’ll give 4 stars rate, only because there was no pool or Gym facility, otherwise it was a 5 stars service. Felt comfortable and welcomed once I stepped in with modern beautifully furnished lobby and smiling friendly team dressed in a smart professional uniform. The room was spacious, quit and modernly furnished. The bed was comfortable. On top of the tea tray, there was espresso machine with coffee pods and free perks of cold fizzy drinks in the fridge. All needed toiletries were available in a white marble walled and floored bathroom. There was gowns and slippers , rain fall and hand held showers. Authentic Greek pastry were provided in breakfast with other choices and different egg options. Finally, location was so convenient. 3ms walk to Omonia metro stations and buses stops were at the corner.
