Bathroom is not designed well. Water leakage during shower.

As other reviews have mentioned, this posting is very deceiving. We wish we had looked at the reviews before booking, and definitely would NOT have booked our stay! We had booked for two nights, but forfeited our booking after the first night to find someplace that felt safer. Plenty of homeless and ********** on the street. The apar**ent reeks of black mold. The bathroom ceiling (and even sink cupboard) is covered in mold! The water kettle in the kitchen was dirty. There was no balcony, although one was advertised. The building is very loud from people slamming doors and loud music playing, to arguments on the street, and clubs. Other sites show a misleadingly high rating for this booking as someone who is not a renter has been leaving high reviews to increase the rating. We couldn't wait to get out of the apar**ent, but also did not feel safe on the street outside!

Stayed here 10th to 18th October. For us the use of an outdoor space is important. So a spacious balcony essential. We booked the "Superior apar**ent with Balcony", the most expensive on the booking menu. The 10 accompanying photographs included 5 of the supposedly large balcony. However, what we got was barely enough room to squeeze a small plastic chair (see attached photo for comparison). We raised this with the owner/ manager, but were told that apar**ents with bigger balcony were of a higher category, and they could not 'upgrade' us. We had in fact already booked and paid for the highest category. I asked for a a refund of the difference in price, but there has been no subsequent response. Interior of the apar**ent was just OK, but the bathroom was tiny and the shower leaked a lot. It was in a dangerous condition. Kitchen facilities extremely limited. We had to go out to buy some plates, as there were only a couple of dishes. I do not recommend anyone stay here, and would advise the management to seriously revise their advertising images and customer service.

Besides the fact that the room was very dirty and some amenities were broken, the worst experience was that someone broke into our room and took something while we were outside. After all this happened logically, we decided to leave a night early. However, the apar**ent owner (Alex) didn’t feel responsible for any of what happened and didn’t allow us to cancel the last night free of charge. About the location of the apar**ent, it is full of ************ and homeless. In two nights there walking to our apar**ent, we saw a homeless robbing another and two fights. I recommend you don’t go to this place if you value your security.

Een weekje geboekt in dit verblijf. We hadden 3 appartementen geboekt. We zijn na één nacht vertrokken naar een ander hotel. Aankomst niet prettig, geen receptie, staat voor een gesloten deur. Hier stonden we dan, gelukkig kwam er een bewoner van het pand naar buiten. Hij gaf ons een telefoonnummer en zei dat we hierheen konden bellen. Vervolgens kregen we via WhatsApp de inlogcodes voor onze appartementen. Binnen ruikt het niet fris in het gebouw. Appartementen zijn niet schoon. Veel kapot ook. Het lijkt absoluut niet op de prachtige foto's op de website. We komen (vuile!) handdoeken tegen van vorige gasten. Schimmel en andere viezigheid. Allemaal dode vliegjes op het keukenraam. Smerig gewoon. Dan hebben we het nog niet gehad over de omgeving van het verblijf. De junkies liggen in het portaal. Gaan ook niet aan de kant als je langs wilt. Kots, poep, snuivende en spuitende mensen onder het balkon. De hele nacht door zwervers die containers uitpluizen en de troep dus op de straten achterlaten. Ze (junkies/zwervers) liggen op een straat met wel 50 bij elkaar.
