The hotel was dated, and the rooms were oddly designed. For example, the TV was too small to be so far away from the bed. Aso, there was no closet. I was traveling for a conference, and I couldn't hang my clothes. The staff was great, especially Kim at the front desk. She was beyond helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable - nothing exceptional. There was zero room service. For a 4 night stay, they did not refresh towels or empty trash at all. We had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk and exchange them ourselves. Biggest complaint was the surcharge for breakfast. I received an email the day prior to arrival indicating there was a $5 surcharge for breakfast. Upon checking in the next day, I was told the surcharge was $7 and the email was incorrect. For a surcharge, I was expecting an upgrade on the breakfast options and quality of food; however, it was the same standard fare that most hotels provide for free. This was disappointing and we did not eat at this hotel. For the money, we chose to support the local restaurants instead.

Perfect Location For Attending An Event At The Dome. Staff Was Nice And Accommodating. Will Be Staying Here Again.

The hotel was in the perfect location for my visit. The front desk person Kim was just awesome... she was the best. She deserves a raise. The room was clean and comfortable. Will recommend and stay again.

It's a bit dated, but that explains why it is much cheaper than many of the nearby alternatives. The important things like comfort and cleanliness were just fine. Staff was kind and courteous. Our room had a few deficiencies that didn't affect the comfort and good value (missing door knob on bathroom door, a burned out bulb in the overhead light, chipped paint, etc.) Some towel hooks would have been nice.

Pros: comfy bed, nice tv, next to Paschals. Cons: smallest bathroom on Earth, door looked as if someone had tried to break in, & fried chicken crumbs all over the night stand..

Upon arrival hotel smelled like ****, on the 2nd we noticed the elevator hadn’t been inspected since 2021 a few hours later the elevator started acting up so they removed the inspection sticker. Asked for more towels to take a shower, hotel staff gave up hand towels. The mattress and bedding gave someone traveling with us an extreme rash. While taking a shower the unit above was using there shower and it started leaking on us while we were in the shower. Terrible experience would never stay again.

Rust on all the inside lamps, blankets not clean , slept with a sheet only , shower head was broken and couldn’t move it so basically we had to stand all the way against the wall to be able to get to the stream of water . The outside handle to the side door was broken completely off and they had a note on it to go around yet anyone off the street could just walk inside the building . I was super disappointed on the level of filth and I would not recommend staying here !!!!
