The 2nd floor was easily accessible from the outside; their were no locks on the door. You merely walked up the side of the building, up the stairs and open the door. That was actually very scary.
The front desk staff was out of this world and not in a good way. The toilet was stopped up in the room through no fault of our own. The night person pleasantly said he’d get a plunger. However, he didn’t say we’d have to unstop the toilet ourselves. The morning person unfortunately, wasn’t pleasant at all. She said, with an attitude, mind you, that the plunger “had been done there all night and no one came to pick it up”. I’m like well no, I’m not doing that myself, it’s gross. She informed me that they don’t have anyone to do “that type of thing”and I’d have to?? I asked why wouldn’t housekeeping do that? She gruffly said, “because they don’t”.
