ハイアット ハウス アトランタ ダウンタウン(Hyatt House Atlanta Downtown)

This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

Staff was amazing at this property, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was great. We were able to walk to the Aquarium and Centennial park. I highly recommended.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and relaxing. Loved that it had a full kitchen with dishwasher and was a very short walk to the Aquarium.

Reading the hotel description sounded great, arrived and was immediately hit with a 45.00 a night parking fee. Chose this hotel because it stated it had a bar & restaurant, bar was only open a couple hours in the evening and the restaurant was never open, they said the cook was sick.. only one cook wow. Definitely will chose a different property next time

My stay at this property was generally a good overall experience. I will say that one of the elevators was out several times during my stay. I thought that the amenities such as the pool, gym and morning breakfast were great. I do think that there were some evidence of wear and tear that needed to be addressed(i.e. sink in room drained slowly). Some stains on carpeting. Check in and check out procedure was easy. It was close (1-2 blocks away to the World of Coke and the Atlanta Aquarium!)

Great property for the price convenient location for world of Coca-Cola and the aquarium but did not feel safe walking alone in the area. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff was uncooperative, they were also very rude whenever it came to a concern my wife and I had when I had a general concern they told me to calm down. They also had sneaker fees when it came to the parking $45 a night I didn't have to pay that much in Vegas. I also called Hyatt corporate and let them know that the staff was uncooperative and they did not help with luggage and they did not bring us towels when we asked them to bring us towels and on general they were rude also they had a cleaning lady try to bring us pots and pans and we didn't even have a kitchen in our hotel room and we asked why are we bringing us pots and pans and she had no explanation. It was all a disheveled operation. Hyatt corporate was able to make sure we were refunded some of our money. For anyone needing to go to Atlanta for a concert or event I would highly recommend not to go to this hotel location it is privately owned and Hyatt leases it from the owner and they make money off of all the sneaker fees when you stay there plus the staff is horribly trained and they do not like to help any of the customers in the hotel they're all about themselves.

Friendly staff, great location. Comfortable room. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at the Hyatt House Atlanta Downtown for only one night with my family for a quick visit to the Georgia Aquarium. Parking options are limited to valet parking only per night for a service can be easily done by yourself because the car is parked right in the parking lot of the hotel. The room looked clean at first sight, but some important amenities were missing: shower gel (the bottle they put in the shower to dispense the gel was empty); no WIFI service, when I called front desk to ask for wifi information the agent told me their wifi was not working at the moment (it was never informed to me or displayed on their site); only 3 bath towels were provided for a room and a reservation of 4; no complimentary bottle of water provided in the room either.
