ノブ ホテル アトランタ(Nobu Hotel Atlanta)

We always love Nobu when we stay here. We live in Gwinnett Co but we come to the city for our monthly date night/staycations. Nobu never misses the mark. The service is impeccable, the beds/sheets are always clean and comfortable, the bathroom is like a spa and always has everything we need in case we forget something at home. Just LOVE LOVE LOVE.

The property was clean and conveniently located next to shops. The service was poor and the accommodations were uncomfortable. The TV and telephone did not work. After a full nights stay, my room was changed. The new room didn’t have slippers and other items that were in the other room. When I asked to a have those items from the previous room, I was advised that the country was experiencing supply chain issues therefore I couldn’t be accommodated. I used the complimentary shuttle service to the mall and the driver gave me his card to pick me up. When I called to be picked up the driver stated that the hotel doesnt offer pick up service but he would come get me if I “hit him off properly with a good tip” I was offered me a complimentary breakfast to satisfy the issues. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I was very excited upon my arrival to the Nabu Hotel and impressed by its appearance & service. However, based on the price I paid for a room at the Nabu, I was not expecting to be awakened at 7:00 a.m, on a Sunday, to very loud music played on the rooftop of a building across my room. This music played for hours and caused me to depart the hotel restless and disappointed.

Very nice hotel with good restaurant/bar. Food was pretty expensive but worth it for a treat. Room was very comfortable.

Charming and convenient. Not a regular chain hotel with wide lobbies or crowds. The restaurant is the hot spot. No SPA service.

This hotel is not worth the price because of the terrible service. Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews. They cover it all. From the time you pull up until the time you leave you might as well be at a motel on the interstate the staff is untrained or poorly trained. It was a major disappointment considering the brand name and ownership.

Gorgeous hotel, but suffers from no lunch options in hotel for business travelers paying for convenience. “Mall” options only that you’re forced to go out for. Location near highways is tricky for walking. In bustling Buckhead, there are far better placed hotels.

Hotel itself was amazing. Staff was not as friendly as you'd expect for an upscale hotel. Valet personal was the friendliest.

The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. But the refrigerator was sticky inside. Had not been cleaned lately. We also asked for a tooth brush to be brought up in the morning. Never got it. And our key cards quit working just after 10 am even though check out was at 11. The staff was incredibly friendly. And the place smells amazing. We got a deal to save $200 on this room. If we had to pay the entire amount, I would have been really upset. But overall it seems like a nice place.
