It was great even though I lost and spent a lot of money lol

Hotel is great, For hard rock fans, everything is great about this hotel. Near broadway walk. Bellboy to bring luggage up. The only small little hiccups is that the shampoo and conditioner is 1/5 full but hard to press so need to ask housekeeping to top up. Valet parking vs dropping the luggage to bell desk is very messy. Give ppl an impression that must valet to drop luggage. Other than that, it is nice hotel with room and direct to casino which give $10 free credit for new member.

Overall good. But Canibis can be smelled in the room from time to time.

The hotel is very crowded and the customer service not up to standard. Room is very old without handheld shower.amenities very minimum. House keeping is ok. Extend checkout pay US$75 for 3 hours. Coffee machine in the room is very dirty. Door and wall are very thin. Pillow and bed comfortable is the plus.

Very pleasant staffs all throughout. Spacious hotel, but the cleanliness could be improved.

Stayed over to see a show. They were sold out but we got the room through trip.com. Corner room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. Bathroom hair dryer wasn't working but they left an extra one. Got in later than we wanted due to traffic, went to the show, met with friends and ate late at night. Great selection available for late nite food. Burger was excellent (I'm picky about burgers). My only complaint - I thought the venue was too cold. Love that Hard Rock offer both smoking and non smoking rooms. I hate getting a room that has been smoked in.

One day stay. Our room was outdated. But the convenience of having the casino and the many restaurants upstairs were very nice. I would visit again,

We enjoyed staying at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. We ate at the fresh Harvest Buffet and the food was amazing. All are fresh and alot of variety of food and dessert. The room is clean and we had fun playing at the Casino. We’ll definitely be back!

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly. Was a little disappointed when I tried to extend my stay and was told I could not keep the same room in the South Tower but other than that a wonderful experience.

The room needed vacuuming when we first got there also one of the bellboy men he was very rude to us very rude to my husband and I he was very dismissive did not acknowledge us, and I did not appreciate that everybody else was very friendly, cordial and kind but the room was the crumbs on the floor when we entered into the room

Huge nice hotel ruined by people smoking everywhere like it's 1973.
