Great vacation!!

Best pizza ever at 2am

沒有服務，衛生很差，服務態度好差。

Room was dirty. Called front desk they said hey don’t have any rooms to move us and would be 2-3 hours to get someone to clean it.

My room was half way cleaned and there were bugs in the tub ! The tv was a 30” we could hardly see from how far it was On top of that i was having car trouble and asked to stay a hour later & they charged me $20 plus tax ! I’m a customer that fee should have been FREE !!!! I was very disappointed with Tropicana and i see why the west tower is always cheaper LOL

It’s was great - fast and easy !

I’ve been to this hotel a few times but this time I was very dissatisfied with the unsanitary circumstances. The garbage was overflowing and with kids around it’s very unsanitary. The ice machine has water leaking and didn’t work. We went to the two other floors and the same problem. How can such a big hotel not have any ice machines working and or any communication on the machine. The same issue with the vending machines they had no power the place is starting to feel dirty and abandoned. Hopefully you guys can turn this place around it’s a shame.

Nothing special. It is starting to show its age. It’s been the same since I can remember.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Keep up the good work. I will keep you in mind the next trip to AC.
