We arrived at 1230pm, and the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early without extra charge. Room was modern, clean, location was convenient (Dennys and Mac's just nearby). Bed was comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer, you just have to put 2.50 for normal wash and 2.50 for normal dryer. Also located close to regional airport for us to catch a flight the next day. Complimentary breakfast was also provided which was a pleasant surprise. Everything exceeded expectations

Quartier horrible au milieu des SDF et toxicomanes. En bordure d'autoroute : bruit infernal peu importe la chambre. Seulement 2 serviettes de bain pour 4 !!! On demande à la réception, ils ne peuvent pas en fournir davantage. Pas de frigo, ni de micro-ondes, même pas un sèche cheveux dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner correct, literie confortable.

When i first got to the hotel the area was populated with mainly couples going in and out their room and there were alot of strangers just hanging around outiside drinking and smoking. When i first went in my room they had to take a beer out the fridge, the room was very very dirty, one bed sheet was stained, the carpet was dirty and the curtains were also stained and dirty.. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY.

Bad experience overall, I’ve stayed a lot of places and this one is low on the list. The rooms are not stocked with the appropriate things (shampoo, conditioner, soap) and only 2 towels. When you call front desk they are very stingy about giving more towels and will only replace existing ones. Not mention the towels they give aren’t even standard sizes and shouldn’t even be considered bath towels since they’re so small. And if you want to get sleep, forget it. The amount of noise is ridiculous, you can hear every conversation happening outside. They also advertise complimentary breakfast being offered but when you go down to the lobby there’s hardly anything there, how’s that complimentary for all guests? Overall bad experience and very pricey for low quality service. I would not recommend staying here.

There was no soap bar on the shower and no body wash on the container went to the front desk and the person on the desk said they didn’t have on the facility

No hair dryer. Door is not tight. It locked there is space under that let in all the noise from parking lot and highway.

Property charged our credit card three times after check out and when called to ask about it they refused to give any information and hung up on us.
