The lobby was not available because they were replacing the flooring tile so that meant the front desk the coffee machines the breakfast area the fireplace the sitting room were all unavailable with no prior notice.

Surrounding Neighborhood was away from the mainstream of downtown and was very run down and trashy in appearance. It did not lend itself to a feeling of security,

No service really. We stayed two days. Trash wasn’t emptied, had to ask for toilet paper, just not a good experience overall

I had booked this place about 3 weeks prior arriving for a night of swimming with my kids. I had even called the Monday prior to to make sure the pool and hot tub were open and was told yes. When we arrived I was told they have the hot tub but pool has been closed for two years. Their listing and website still show a pool available. Cancelled right then and went to a different hotel.

We liked staying there. And have stayed there many times. We will be back. I wish that there was more on the breakfast like bacon and eggs or you could make waffles. It was a nice stay with the new owners.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay here. The location is not widely advertised, but it is right near the AuSable River which is very charming. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the manager was VERY helpful (gave us the room we wanted; allowed us to check in early; helped carry our luggage upstairs (only two floors, no elevator), and came right away when our TV remote needed a new battery. THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT STAY FOR THE MONEY CHARGED.

Average. For the complimentary breakfast, it is too less choice.

It was a business trip and I thought the service and hotel were great. Enjoyed my time there and slept really well. Room was clean and spacious. Toiletries were abundant. It was a great experience overall. No complaints.

The hotel is newer, and for the most part clean. However, there is no one to staff the desk. You are kind of on your own here. The walls are thin and when the workers who make up most of the guests in this hotel arrive back at 11pm, you certainly hear it. No breakfast even though there is space for it.
