Have stayed a few times. Never a bad experience. I would stay again.

The breakfast was a good continental breakfast and the pool and hot tub were nice. The staff was not very friendly and the rooms were noisy and the beds were not very comfortable. I asked for a late checkout on Sunday and they said I could stay an extra half an hour (until 11:30) and even wrote my room number down. At 11:15 the housekeeping came and asked why we hadn't left yet & I told them we had a late checkout & then the front desk called within 2 minutes and I told her the same thing. There was a door that went outside that was not locked and anyone could wander into the hotel and this was after 9:00PM. I did not feel safe there with my daughter and will never be back.

I am a frequent client here, and although there are other options in the area available, I stick with Best Western Mountain View because the beds are comfortable, the heaters/AC work great, the staff are hard working and kind, the location is convenient for traveling, the free breakfast is yummy, and the noise from freeway is minimal compared to others nearby.

What stood out was the kindness of the man who greeted us as we checked in late at night. We were tired. The weather was not great. It was just really pleasant to have the interaction we did about our room, our needs for our stay, etc., from someone who was a genuinely warm person, not just wrote customer service.

The stay was about average, the breakfast did not have very many healthy options and the room had somethings broken (toilet paper holder coming out of the sheetrock). But overall it was clean, maintained, and the staff was pleasant.

Excellent stay, clean, friendly helpful staff. Only complaint was the large 1 inch gap between the floor and the front door. We could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway.

The property was close to shopping which was great, rooms were large, and pool was open. However, our TV did not work, our wifi would not connect and the phones to the front desk did not work.

We stay at this particular Best Western in Auburn, WA quite often(approx 5-6 times a yr), because of the comfortable beds and pillows. The others in the area don't compare to the price, safety, and comfort as this one, and they try hard to keep their guests happy. The only bad thing I could think to say about this trip was the thundering footsteps and squeals of young kids above our room around midnight, but that is not the hotel's fault. We will be back again real soon!

The staff was great. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection of items. This is a nice hotel.

Decent hotel for a couple of nights,especially if you are travelling for sports. The breakfast is good as well

Stay here each time i go to Auburn. Have always liked it. But this trip was underwhelming compared to previous. The TV was taken out of the bedroom (always had it in the past) and the cleanliness wasn't as good either (hairs on pillows). But aside from that it was still a good stay.

After we checked in and went to our room there was a do not disturb sign on our door. I went to the front desk and the staff member did not know who was in the room. She was helpful and found us another room but my guess is they may need to train their staff a bit more on checking people in and organizational skills. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Super clean, great breakfast including a multiple juice dispenser and a fancy coffee maker. Most notable was the friendliness of every single staff member. At breakfast, people were helped with a smile if they forgot to turn over the waffle maker, and all the food was continually monitored and kept hot and fresh. The staff seemed to enjoy their work and to be proud of the quality they provided.

The building is old. Staff keep it clean the pool is great but from how old it is it looks dirty or maybe it is dirty. Paid for the Mountain View and we got a tree right in front of our window. It is conveniently located. Close drive everywhere. Driving in you have people living in cars but they didn’t seem to have bad intentions we just parked in camera view in case anything happened. Staff are great. So much food during breakfast too!
