We loved our stay at Gleneagles, everything about made it memorable. Staff, food, room, spa and location was all excellent. The staff at hotel was just excellent and went out there to help and feel welcome the minute arrived onsite Food was just excellent and it best breakfast we have ever had Really enjoy our time in the spa and again just fantastic. What can say about location it just l was stunning.

A warm, homely and true country feel as soon as you enter… very grand with much charm and history. The rooms are spacious and make you feel as though you’ve escaped the outside world. Look out the window to the wild Scottish countryside. I don’t drink whiskey but if at any time in my life I did, Gleneagles would be the perfect spot to enjoy a dram. The bath salts are a great touch and coming out the boiling hot water I felt like I could have slept for a month. Food - I may ruffle a few feathers here but the truffle burger just didn’t hit the spot that I expected it to for the price…. Quite dry in all honesty but with a hefty price tag. The check in was also later than what was advised however we were duly compensated. Great service, great wine and a deep breathe of the Scottish air and you’ll know why I would certainly return.

Just back from a lovely stay in Gleneagles. Found the rooms to be incredibly comfortable, bright and clean. The grounds are so beautiful! I’d definitely recommend a walk around the gardens. I had a full body massage at the spa and honestly…. Best massage ever! You will find the bar overpriced. I think it was £17 for a half glass of white wine.

First time staying at the hotel. It was a really good experience. Service was excellent throughout trip. Room was of good size and well appointed. We fished on one day - unfortunately, the fish on the River were apparently not biting - and some of the group played golf. There are many well managed activities available to guests to keep occupied. It is also a good central location to see historical sites. All told, a very pleasant experience.

Beautiful room, generous hospitality and excellent service. Each and every staff member we met was extremely joyous, engaging and helpful. Food was great. Loved it!

I loved everything about Gleneagles, the views, the comfort, the breakfast , the golf , the spa everything ten out of ten however the very best thing was the staff , everyone was so pleasant , attentive, it was a glorious stay and I made some beautiful memories thank you everyone at Gleneagles your all doing an amazing job bringing joy

I had an unpleasant experience at The Garden Cafe. My family and I were directed to the cafe because we were told that we could get food from this cafe but when we got here, the cafe told us that kitchen’s shut at 5pm and we were hastened to order our food. We canceled our order and decided to move on to another venue. For a 5 star prestige hospitality, service could be better.

Me and my partner attended for 2 nights and we both agreed that the Gleneagles estate is truly beautiful. The hotel has a unique charm and welcoming feel to it. And the staff which run the hotel are a real credit to the establishment. I'd like to give special recognition to Harry who was working in The Strathearn restaurant as our waiter on 28th April. One of the friendliest and attentive members of staff I've come across. We had a good laugh and joke with him throughout the night, but his professionalism was second to none. He even left us with a nice note wishing us the best for our upcoming wedding.
