街の素晴らしい景色を眺めるたびに素晴らしい無料の飲み物でしたし、素晴らしいレストランもそれを割引しました。間違いなく再びそこにとどまるだろう

Had to swop the first room as incorrect didnt have a sofa, the 2nd room had smelly bed cover and the bathroom was a hospital grade handicapped bathroom. Very disappointing stay and would not go back. Toaster full of crumbs dirty windows and dirty tv remotes. Not a good "Hotel" at all

The hotel was located centrally with gorgeous views and facilities such as pool and spa. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay.

Would not have known this was a VIP status hotel. Had to ask for perks, she then replied "it's just 2 drink vouchers" asked.if they were with the info.given & she replied no & went to get them. No room upgrade offered/mentioned. Beds were uncomfortable and rooms not serviced during 2 night stay. The pool is great for Summer and spa pool bigger than most. Nice view over the city from room. Also easy walk to array of dinning options. Bath room looked a little dated.

Buis trip, always great to stay here, handy to everything I need, central yet far enough out to work for me

Didn’t realise we weren’t getting our room serviced until every third day (we were only staying three days). Had to ask every day for milk and coffee. Also no one manning the desk so you have to ring or go back later. Location was great for walking to restaurants and shopping and beach which was great. Hubby happy as had a pod coffee in the room but again had to ask for more pods.

I have stayed at the Spencer Hotel a number of times last year and have the room to be of good quality and clean. This stay, however, was disappointing in terms of on arrival in my room finding an unclean bathroom. The plughole of the bath/shower was filled with hair from previous guests. Once I had removed most of this the plug was continually blocked while the shower was on. As well as this, the TV in the lounge was out of action showing a weak signal sign on the screen. There were a number of other issues withthe overall cleanliness and state of the room. Overall disappointing. I did receive an apology from the receptionist on check out though.

The rooms at the Spencer are becoming dated. The paint on the roof in the shower was all flaky and falling off. Our room was not cleaned the entire stay. On day 3 we had to all and ask to replace our towels. We used to love staying here but I feel that may have been our last visit.
