My room needs a deep cleaning and maintenance Pop-up in sink doesnt work so i removed it so the water could go down the drain. Bedroom smells like dust. I think it's curtains tfat havent been washed in years. Screen on window in livingroom is filthy and so is space between window and screen. Lighting in my room was very dim. Especially inside the shower. Luckily i have experience so i can shave my legs without being able to see whatI'm doing. Couldnt comfortably read in the livingroom.

The staff at this Location are the real stars. They work so hard to make everything welcoming to everyone. Ms Karen and Ms Debbie at breakfast make you feel like family. Thanks you ladies and gentlemen. I come every year for the masters and I always feel like I am coming home everyone call me by name so sweet!!! everyone at the front desk during masters week has been great think you All And Laura Kitchen in Sales I so appreciate your patience's and help with all my changes I am looking forward to coming next year.

Every time I come to the breakfast room and Deborah is on I’m greeted with a smile warmly I really appreciate that after coming in from a Long Dr.,, Rekha‘s room is always clean and nicely arranged because of ones like Deborah I booked 11 rooms here and all of the ones that are in the rooms say the same thing about her

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast each day was so delicious and Ms. Karen was so delightful. There were a few hangup with our stay. We were not able to watch tv or any streaming services without it freezing, continually loading, or showing a blank screen.

Karen was a wonderful host with a fantastic breakfast. I rated average because the pool was not open and Netflix didn't work. Also the lobby and hallways smelled terrible. Clah blah blah i have nothing else to say. $$$$$$$$$%$%%%%%%%%%%%%%^&^^^^^^^

My experience was great, the room was spacious and clean it made us feel like we we're at home, at the front desk personnel (Anita) was so kind and professional. The Hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, I would definitely recommend.

The streaming service wasn’t working, but the smiling face of Deborah, and her great personality negated the streaming issue. I never leave any reviews but thought Deborah went above and beyond to make me comfortable by paying attention to the little things such as making sure the breakfast milk was 2% milk for me. Residence Inn is our go-to when visiting Augusta. The staff is professional, competent and shows true southern hospitality. The rooms are well appointed and extremely clean. The topper is Miss Karen in hospitality. She takes care of you just as you were in her kitchen at her home.

from the entrance ....to checkout,,,,staff warm and friendly...breakfast is great... room clean an comfortable.... parking well lighted.... Anita does a verry good job...making sure everting is perfect...located just off the interstate.... makes it very convenient. o
