SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Augusta

Other than the very Nice staff, surely underpaid! This hotel is not a hotel that should be open to the public until it’s completely rehabbed to “BEST WESTERN HOTELS” Standards. 1- A non smoking room that smells like smoke and much more. 2- Bathroom with writing on the wall explicitly sexual in content, (Glad my daughter or granddaughter didn’t stay). 3- The floor on the side of window was dirty and carpet frayed. 4- Phone was missing parts 5- Wax drippings on nightstand 6- Krud on bathroom door 7- Ad with pictures states full breakfast, and it’s non existent… well That’s actually a plus because this property isn’t ready to serve food in this condition! Once again the Staff was excellent and very attentive. I as an In over a decade silver/diamond Best Western hotel member am very disappointed.

Cockroach infestation, moldy leaky bathroom, the entire room reeked and when I asked it was a non smoking room apparently. I’ll save them the embarrassment of my videos showing the literal hundreds of cockroaches.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. ROACHES are everywhere!!! Foul smell, dirty and stained sheets. Very shady people staying here. Everything looks dirty. Elevator does not work. Tv doesn’t work. It is completely deplorable that this place is open for business. Health inspectors should shut this health hazard of a place down. Had Roaches crawling on me as I tried to sleep.

It was a little dusty until you put the air on. It was clean and comfortable and looked updated. The only problem I had was that my son told me that he and his girlfriend saw a large coach roach on the wall. After they killed it, they didn't see any more until they went outside. They need to spray. Otherwise I would have given them at least 3 stars because the front desk clerks were very nice.

My stay was good at this hotel. Rooms are standard and clean, just what I wanted. The staff is helpful and professional. They have coffee for 24 hours and which was great. Thanks I will be keep coming back.

We have stayed here for a week and our stay was very nice, The property owners are doing lot of work to improve the facility. I would stay here next time when in town again. The staff that works there is very friendly.

I have no clue why the reviews are mainly positive, heres the actual truth. First when we entered our room reeked of *****, there were cigarette burns all over the blankets, well they are just sheets not even proper blankets. Second the bathroom and the towels were dirty to the max. Plus when we got ready to sleep there were bugs and roaches. There was even one in the sink!! 0/10 would not recommend.
