酒店周圍有便利店和餐館，還算比較方便。就是熱水比較不好用。其他還行

위치가 외진 것 말고 다 좋습니다. 아침도 좋고. 주변에 식당도 있어 저녁 먹을 곳도 있고 쇼핑몰이 아주가까워요

這是我住過的最差的Novotel，衹是因為展會

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The whole place is dirty and tired. The bathroom was not clean, there were blood stains on the pillow and dirty marks on the sofa. The fire alarm went off on two nights out of our three night stay, both times at 1am. There was a power cut that was restored at 3am, which then woke everyone up again. The staff were rude and obnoxious and deliberately misleading in terms of bar prices. Three of our group were charged three different prices for the same bottle of wine. (Which was not on the menu and had be be brought out from the staff room) Some bar staff would take cash and others wouldn’t and one bar man went around knocking on doors after midnight demanding payment for bar tabs that had never existed. We can only imagine that they wanted to be able to put visa receipts in the till and pocket the cash themselves. When one of our group complained to bar staff, the employee looked over his shoulders to check that no other staff could hear and told him “you need to be very careful here” clearly a threat. Novotel should really investigate this hotel. It is unsafe, dirty and the staff and clearly cheating customers and the company. Be careful and avoid!

A hotel of a disrespectful level to host people! I arrived with a group, the elevators did not work, the rooms on the 5th floor are on a level that does not respect a hostel - old, no fans, old and moldy shower, broken/disintegrating shower head, very weak water flow, clogging in sinks, corridor with old and not clean carpet. In some rooms the air conditioning did not work. Breakfast is served in a dining room for groups in an unpleasant way - the room is not ventilated, not air-conditioned, served in a way that does not respect a hotel. All the rooms on the side facing the pool are full of mosquitoes! The hotel staff is very nice and helpful but cannot help in solving problems. The hotel needs a very serious refresh and renovation!! I will not go there again!

The worst hotel I have ever been to! Unfortunately for them I’ve worked for Accor before and I know all the little tips and tricks (not surprised I did not yet receive a survey after my stay directly on my email address) the manager was rude and completely useless.. claimed my room was not payed for and had the audacity to ask me to pull out proof of payment alongside the email of confirmation. To make matters worse a dirty fridge was waiting for me in a “superior room”.. once again a useless manager who did absolutely nothing to make my stay easier. Horrible for a 4 star hotel, save your money and go elsewhere

It was a standard Novotel hotel. Overnight the air-conditioning didn't work. It was blowing warm air. It was sorted when I mentioned it in the morning. Rooms were clean. Service at breakfast was good but on one of the nights, we're were waiting at reception for about 15 minutes and there wasn't anyone there. Called the number shown, but the attendant had left the phone at reception. Overall, pleasant hotel and was convenient for what we needed..

Clean, functional rooms but not enough breakfast, some mosquitoes in the rooms Super cool air conditioning the lobby is very modern and the swimming pool very clean which gives a holiday air, Congratulations in particular to Mohamed for the service and the welcome very good meeting I had a good time with you!

The fire alarm went off at 1am and it was chaotic. No staff on site to direct people to safety or to communicate what was going on or get people out of the building Everyone just gathered in the foyer. When staff did show up to say it’s ok, most of the communication was in French. We caught the gist of it that someone was smoking in the room and that’s why the alarm went off. Only one staff member on site. He was absolutely lovely but would be nice to have more staff available especially in situations like these.
