オテル ル サン ジェルマン(Hotel le Saint Germain)

This hotel is extremely convenient for people going to/from the airport, only a 10-15 minute walk from the train that goes directly there. Staff was very nice and helpful and I found this spot to be great value for the price. I don’t know if the showers are the same in every room but the design choice in my room was…. Interesting. They have the whole room setup as a wetroom basically but there’s no curtain or barrier and it doesn’t drain fast enough, so I soaked the entire bathroom and water leaked out under the door into the room. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice quiet hotel near Trainstation. Very nice a new rooms - good aircon if needed I paid for parking (10€/day) - but then nice and secure. Excellent breakfast !! Good restaurants less than 15 min walk away.

Room is small, but enough for your needs if you don't plan to stay there all day. Bed was comfortable. Staff, especially Danielle, was so nice, helpful and caring. Room was cleaned EVERY day, new towels changed, even if we didn't put the sign on the door knob to clean the room. Also every day we got a new bottle of water and cookies. Breakfast was cute, delicious and big, we couldn't eat it all. Really close to the main train station, bus stop near hotel and 2 minutes of driving, goes every few minutes, or by walking 10 minutes (rer b train goes 15 minutes to cdg airport or 20ish minutes to center of Paris, every 5 - 10 minutes). Neigbourhood is calm and seems nice. Exceptionally satisfied, highly recomended, definitely would come back. :)

The hotel room as very comfortable but the AC unit was not working so it was quite hot. The tv also wasn't working properly due to poor signal. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was delicious

I will definitely stay again at le saint Germain again when ever I get back to Paris, thousand thanks to the team for there excellent hospitality and service qualité and. The hotel is very clean. The Bus stop is at 1 min walk that will take you in 2 minutes to la Gare de Aulnay sous bois.

After running the AC for a couple of hours it started dripping water. A lot of water. The whole night it was: drip... drip... drip... and so on, so I could not get any proper sleep. And I don't believe I was the first one to complain about it, because the door (over which the AC is placed) already has WATER DAMAGE! And to reach that level of damage, this must have been going on for a long time. This means I cannot give a good review for the room and sleep quality. Additionally the bathroom has a horrible design, because there is no shower cabin/curtain. This means that after a shower the whole bathroom is completely wet! The bathroom also has a very bad extractor, which means that the moisture in the room is very high for a long time, therefore mold is starting to form at the ceiling. It is quite a pitty, because otherwise the hotel is quite clean and has free, secure parking.

All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. They even fetched us some ice from the restaurant they own down the road (Parenthese) on request each day! Breakfast was lovely and good value. Bed (superior room) was incredibly comfy and everything was very clean. Only weird point was that there was no soap in the bathroom (dispenser was empty), and water from the shower goes all over the bathroom when showering. Other than that our stay was perfect and we'll definitely come back in the future :)

No restaurants anywhere near. No elevator and stairs difficult to navigate with multiple bags of luggage. Misrepresented on website— 1. Rooms not soundproof (listened to guests across the hall most of the night) 2. No heavy curtains on windows, jist sheers that neighbors can look through 3. Difficult to find room for all luggage and maneuvering around bed 4. Almost missed flight due to Sat an traffic
