私たちはvitsホテルで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。部屋も雰囲気も期待通り良かったです。朝食は素晴らしく、サービスも水準に達しています。スイミングプールが気に入りました。義務***年齢のミスター・エカンシュは非常に協力的でした。彼は私たちの滞在を快適にするためにあらゆる努力をしてくれました。私たちがオーランガバードを旅行するときは常にこのホテルが第一希望でした。頑張れみんな....🥰

Arrived at the hotel and not staff to help to off load suitcases from the taxi, driver with help of security guard had to do the job. Reception check in staff not friendly at all, no welcome, just ask foe ID'S. Give us the room card, had to ask for WiFi codes and end of subject, no information given where & what time for breakfast, had to ask for all that information. No porter to take suitcases up the stairs and than for the lifts, was totally a DIY job. In the room no hand towels so had to call house keeper was told be there in 5 mins, waited a few hours and complained at the reception. The WiFi is still not working any of the devices, writing this using my data sim. Showers are just warm, tired old room. Needs to be modernisation. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Worst experience, we 2 family book 2 suits in hotel, rooms don't have clean towels when I ask for it and for water glass hotel staff denial for providing room service even they ask us to come on reception and collect water glasses, They denial for providing foods & water in room, we had fighting with hotel staff for parking car in hotel premises, they ask us to park car outside on road cause they need place for 31st party. One of the hotel staff took belt to beat us over fighting other party people stop that staff from beating us, very worst experience very rude staff, unbelievable worst service, and they ready to beat customer

On December 16 to 17 2023 stayed at the above hotel. It was a very bad expereince. The recepton staff is incompetent. they do not know the difference between queen bed or king size bed. The beds are very small. no ventilation in the rooms. Reqested for another room . ANother room was shown which was equally bad, THE BATHROOM SHADES HAVE FUNGUS ON THEM , NO UTILITIES ONLY SMALL SOAP IS PROVIDED. The Breakfast was terrible , tean coffee got over by 9 waited for an hour but no refill. only omlette n paratha avilable rest all stuf got over. serving staff vanished. For charging an amount of RS 5600/ per night it was a terrible stay. THE HOTEL ***AGEMENT NEED TO STEP IN IMMEDIATELY AND IMPROVE

Best hotel in Aurangabad city located in a good locality. Rooms are specious and clean. Hotel having plenty of rooms with swiming pool. Rates are reasonable. Good food served in restaurant as well. Highly recommended.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was large, all the electric outlets worked as did the Wi-Fi. We stayed for four nights and our room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The replacement of showers gels and shampoo was a little haphazard, but the staff were very willing to put things right.. The dining room was very spacious and the food was good, but again very haphazard. Clearing and relaying tables with cutlery often did not happen, but again, the staff were only to willing to be helpful. There is a bar, which is opened on request at the side of the dining room. It is a lovely lounge area and a very pleasant place to sit. The swimming pool was clean. This is a very comfortable and central hotel for anyone visiting the Ellora and Adjenta caves. My husband and I would stay there again, but I would say it’s a it of a cross between Fawlty Tours in the dining room and the Hotel California.

The room is comfortable. Hotel staff behaviour is very good. Specially the dining ***ager Mr. Mukesh is very caring and helpful. He took care of our food menu also for dinner. 100% recommended to stay.

Firstly, when you get out of your cab, there was no security guard to get your luggage. Check in was smooth. Rooms, we took a twin bedroom and when we entered the room, the A/C switch was broken & there was a smell which comes from 1or 2 star hotel. We have dinner included in our package. Food:- We took Dinner & Breakfast in the package, there was no such tasty food, they have a buffet menu, when requested for a hotter starter of ***churian, they said Sir, it will take 15-20mins as we will have to prepare newly, I had Butter Roti with Vada Pav's masala & Curd Raita. The same was the situation in Breakfast, I requested for a Dosa, they said Sir, we can serve you only Uthappam not Dosa, the Uthappam was also so cold that I literally could not eat. I have stayed for atleast 3/4 times before but never had such bad experience. Wifi:- The wifi was terribly slow
