The room was disgusting. We requested a queen and barely got a full. Everything reeked of **** and cologne.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The lamp shades looked like they had been there for 20 years with stains all over them. Shower looked like it was falling apart.

They bed have no clean sheets, tv is not cable and over priced. I will never come back, it felt like I was in a motel and not a hotel

Decent spot, nothing that a princess would be cool with. Noisy AF all during the night and hallway stank like the hippy lettuce constantly, even to the point where the staff was trying to use spray to mask the smell. Had to personally tell my neighbors to shut down the party after night staff could not get results at 2:30A. There is no “monitoring” of the building/property at night, they kinda just let stuff go and hope people don’t complain. They asked for my feedback, this is it! Might stay again cause it was decent enough and honestly cheap, but otherwise, not a good experience on the first go at it.

I have NEVER stayed in a hotel room that was so rn down and disgusting as this one! The ironing board cover was nasty, yes The COVER OF THE IRONING BOARD folks! I dont have enough room to fully express my DISDAIN for this hotel. They fixed up the lobby to make you THINK you're staying somewhere nice, however when you get to your room... YIKES a BIKES its horrifying. I will for sure be calling the corporate office as well as the BBB. This was the most unflattering, almost uninhabitable hotels I've EVER been to. Im sorely dissatisfied and i want EVERY DIME of my money back! 💰

Most outlets don’t work, we were lucky enough to have updated tv remote with tape holding in batteries

it was overall a mid hotel , you pay for an overpriced room. the lounge was nice and neat ! staff was friendly but overall mid customer service.

The bedding had an odor. The TV did not work and they wanted to charge me additional for a different room with a smaller bed.

My experience was wonderful staff is very help full amazing town close to Chicago , im glad stay in quality inn and always my first preference to stay while I’m on vacation 👍
