Super 8 by Wyndham Monett

Everything was good and it was very quiet

It was a great place to stay just not very many options for breakfast and the breakfast area was small.

The room as very clean, looked updated, had plenty of accessible plugs, and was comfortable. I have never stayed at a Super 8, and this one was a nice surprise. It was nice that they had breakfast, but it was sure limited and a bit of a disappointment. Other than that, pretty top notch.

Assigned a room on the second floor, no elevators, and staff would not provide any options on ground floor. Hair dryer didn't work and initial response at front desk was they had no replacements and couldn't help me. Front desk clerk did show up a few minutes later with a replacement. Was able to take one shower with hot water and then my wife had nothing but cold water for a shower. When I asked to change rooms, the same front desk clerk said they couldn't help me. Originally planned two night stay and checked out after one night. There were other family members staying at same hotel who also experienced problems with hot water. It's bad enough to have maintenance issues but is completely unacceptable for the hotel staff to make zero effort to accomodate us. They advertise free breakfast. Don't expect much. Juice was undrinkable. Bagels had not taste. No hot offerings other than waffles. Not worth half of what a room night costs. NEVER AGAIN!!

Friendly staff, good updated rooms. Don’t let the outside fool you, it looks great. Perfect for a quick night stay.

Requested ground floor and in-room accessibility for my mother-in-law that would be staying the night there. She’s physically disabled and can’t do stairs at all. We got there to check her in just to find out there was no ground floor room available and they have NO ELEVATOR! We had to cancel the room (I believe we deserve a refund for that, btw) and scramble to find a different place that did have a ground floor room available. If a ground floor wasn’t available from the start I should’ve been called to inform me and the booking cancelled with a refund. It’s completely unfair I got charged for a room that couldn’t be used.

We requested and got a suit, but didn't know it was going to be a handicap accessible room. That meant there was no vanity in the bathroom to place many bathing and makeup items. Also, one side entrance door was apparently broke and you could open it without using a security card.

The room was clean. The property was quiet the motel Dashiell little bit of the Tage but overall the service was excellent. The young lady was extremely nice. I had no problems at all. I loved my stay.

Clean Rooms, attentive, friendly and caring staff, quiet, washer and dryer on site, easy access, convenient location. This is a well lit area with a Walmart across the street, a gas station next to the hotel (with an access road to the gas station) and an auto parts store directly across the street. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or just needing a 'get-away'.
