Location is unbeatable, price was great, check in and check out was frameless

City view room has excessive noise from freeway, could hardly sleep The outrageous parking fee increased from 20$ a night to 30$ a night! And its outdoor with no security Will never come back

Great!!! Good location, good facility, and good service!!!

This hotel is a bit old and needs updating. The shower lacked hot water and the power outlets in the bathroom were inoperable. The headboard was old and tattered on one of the beds. Front desk employee was extremely pleasant and bubbly. Hotels are a bit pricey in Austin but if you want something a bit more current I recommend spending an extra 50-100 dollars. If you are in a pinch, this place is alright.

It is a very good hotel! We enjoyed our stay! There are lovely views and nice room layouts!

The staffs are very nice and helpful. Well managed and clean rooms as well.

Some maintenance issues that I rather were checked instead of me having to report. Location was convenient for my trip.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not like the process of paying for the parking. Room was pretty but the bathroom needed updating. The bathroom sink cold water faucet leaked at the base. The tub drain was mostly clogged and by the end of the shower, I was standing in water up to my ankles. There were exactly 2 bath towels, two hand towels, and 2 washcloths for the two of us. While we don’t require many towels, I do like an extra set in case we have a spill or need more than one shower.

Aircondition very loud, a CB lot of noise in the parking lot, toilet runs unless you open tank and fix it. Probably the worst room at the hotel.
