ソネスタ セレクト オースティン ノース

My reservation had breakfast in it, but when checking the the lady at the desk said no it's not, so we had to talk to the manager about it. Breakfast sucks, poor with the worst coffee ever.

Ok to stay.

This hotel is the worst Sonesta I’ve ever stayed in. I’m not sure if I’d stay with another Sonesta. The room floor was disgusting. They didn’t even take out the trash. Table and desk were dirty, I couldn’t believe it. Front desk guy at check in was not friendly at all. It was like a the cheapest motel experience, wow.

Room missing 3 light bulbs. Called front desk and never fixed. Only one elevator was working and sounded awful. Didn’t go to 5th floor one time. Run down

1. Front desk staff- rude and condescending-not helpful. 2. Breakfast was horrible- peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Would not replenish items for breakfast. Staff would close breakfast off an hour before time was posted 3. Shower pressure was a trickle and hot water took along time to luke warm. 4. Ice machine not working. 5. Only 1 elevator working.

Room was excellent staff was very friendly and easy parking. Breakfast could of been way better once i saw what was offered i opted out of eating Breakfast there.

Alright for a budget but bathroom super small, room service only every 3 days, and stains on the carpet

The only thing that saved our visit was Carmen. She was so kind, so patient, so willing to help us enjoy our stay. She deserves a promotion, a bonus, a raise, something. When we checked in the elevator reeked of **** and was not operating smoothly. Upon walking into our room there were stains all over the couch and the floor and walking into the bathroom there was a cockroach right on top of the toilet paper. The room smelled musty and dirty. Carmen helped us move into another room to which there were massive dark and dirty rings in the rug from where the door had been opened and closed. The room was still foul smelling and musty. The bathtub do not drain so there was standing water when you showered and the shower curtain itself was ripped and torn. This property needs a massive overhaul. Carmen was the real saving grace here.

Carpets have huge stains, and the walls are dirty. Staff are not helpful. Room was missing items like the TV remote and the staff seemed reluctant to help.
