レジデンス・イン・オースティン・エアポート(Residence Inn Austin Airport)

Stayed for almost two weeks. Feels like a normal Residence Inn, clean rooms and the standard appliances installed in the room. The breakfast is typical Residence Inn standard so I actually went and bought something else after a week to get something that was more nutritious. What set it apart was the service mindedness. The battery died in my door lock and I got really good help from the front desk woman and the maintenance guy Nick. If I go to Austin for business again, I will for sure consider the hotel.

DO NOT PARK here and fly. We parked in The lot booked the spot on Spot Hero and returned to a broke in truck they stole stuff and when we asked staff about cameras there are NONE for the lot. So who knows when it happened. We have parked at many other lots never a problem. We spoke to the desk staff zero help. There must be a burglary crew working this lot cause our truck was locked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry and exercise facilities were very clean and useful. Complimentary hot cocoa was delicious. Parking and coming in and out of the parking area was easy and convenient.

Overall we liked the property and the staff were friendly. There were lots of little things with the condition of the room and building that needed work. For example, runners loose or not installed well in stairs, front door of room didn't close properly and a few others. As I said not big issues but they do need to be addressed. On a more positive note, great breakfast, hotel was quiet, staff was helpful and it was about 6 to 10 minutes drive from anywhere we needed to go.

Location is very close to the airport. The courtesy shuttle was a few minutes late and it was busy with holiday traffic, but we did get to our planes in time. Complementary breakfast was not available for early morning travelers, and there were no alternative options for breakfast on the go. Room was comfortable.

Well kept up property. Beautiful lobby, room was spacious and nice. Staff was very hospitable. All in all a good stay.

We were extremely upset and disappointed at the lack of shuttle service since this is the ONLY reason we made a reservation at an airport motel. The shuttle broke down and no alternate transportation or compensation was offered and the registration desk staff justified this attitude by saying it was only a courtesy service. Their website should make it clear that shuttle service may or MAY NOT be available.

Stayed here for a work event in AUS with co-workers. The first mention, your staff is fabulous! Every one of them was friendly, helpful, attentive, and gracious. They helped us when we needed to borrow some office items as well. 5-star staff! Convenient location near the airport. Rooms are studio style, with nicely updated decor/furniture, very spacious, wonderful kithen/dining area, large couch, and huge work/desk area as well. When traveling for work, it's amazing to have a large space to work and move around and feel like you are in a little apartment instead of a cramped room, makes a huge difference. Wonderful bedding, comfortable, super clean and good amenities, the bathroom is great also, good pressure. Breakfast had a lot of options as well (coffee could be better). Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend it and return when in the area. It is pet friendly, though didn't see any during my stay. Didn't use the pool but they do have one.

Actually, the front desk people were fine. I needed a shuttle to the airport at 5:30 am, which they advertise the service as starting at 5 am. They driver ended up being an hour late, and no one else offered to help me find a way to the airport. They driver showed up just before 6 am and got me there just in time, but good grief!
