酒店前台態度巨差，under 21所以就像對待犯人一樣對待你，要罰錢就罰錢不會不給沒必要態度那麼差不知道是racist還是什麼。晚上下雨了很冷暖氣空調也是壞的，不推薦，甚至不推薦去這個島。

What a beautiful hotel. The view was amazing and in a quiet part of the town. Definitely going back.

The stay was very friendly and comfortable and the room was clean and well managed.

I wish there was a hot tub. The gym could use a couple more cable machines. The pool and pool area are very nice and very quiet. The lady at the front desk is super friendly and helpful, she deserves a raise. They have a van that will take you into town and it is constantly running back and fourth. I will certainly stay here again. SideBar-If you go to catalina RENT A GOLF CART. It was so much fun. Not sure why we never did that in the past.

The staffs were so kind that they could make us check in earlier, and the driver was so nice all the time. I want to stay next time, also.

1st glance the hotel was really nice looking even for night, well lit, the pool was warm (and clean) the front office was easy to access from shuttle drop off point. The Single King room that we stayed in was nice and cozy, had an excellent balcony view of both the mountains and the resort not only that the room was very modern and stylish in decorative design I even liked the shower. Amenities inside inlcude cable TV, mini fridge, microwave, and hair dryer.

Heated pool was clean and lovely. Nice length for lap swimming. Lovely crows and ravens for company from our balcony. Helpful staff and shuttle driver. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Lovely stay.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice, the bathroom and patio were nice. Heated pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros ! Beautiful location , pet friendly and safe , amazing nature everywhere and wild birds singing. Cons ; hotel restaurant only works on weekends otherwise if you’re staying on a weekday there is no where to get food but downtown. Hotel pool has very cold water , spotty Wi-Fi goes on and off , our in room TV didn’t work at all , “very minor inconvenience but the body- wash bottle was running on empty in the shower , I would stay here again for the price and for the pet friendly policy !!
