ホテル アトウォーター(Hotel Atwater)

Check in was very smooth. My girlfriend and I were pretty hungry when we arrived and saw The Original Anthony’s across the street , luckily the front desk has a storage area/ bell closet they will hold your luggage free of cost while you are away. Great location , clean clean rooms, water pressure and quality was luring , and great Concierge service for extra towels and whatever you may need. Breakfast is available to preorder for the next day, via QR code . We will have to take advantage of that next time .

The staff at the facility were nice and courteous! They really took care of me and family. They made arrangements for us to check in early so my kids and I didn’t have to carry around our bags. They allowed us a late check out since our excursion was ending later than the check out time. And they also stored our bags on our last day even though we had checked out until our boat was leaving the Island! Very professional.

A beautiful property. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was super nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The 2nd night we stay at the Atwater the electricity went out on the whole island arond 530-600 pm. It was pitch dark in our hotel room and we had plan to get dinner around 7 pm so we were concern of not being able to have dinner. We stayed at other hotels around the world and experience tragic issue before but in those events we would get a letter, a call, or a staff member letting us know what is going on and what they are doing to solve the problem putting us as guest as ease. And offer assistance for any inconvenience. Not at the Atwater. No one said a thing, informed us, offer assistance or let us know what they are doing to help. I understand that things like this happens unannounce and sometimes out of the hotels control but i feel they could of done something to ease their guest. We checked out the next morning at 11 am and the electricity hasn't been restored, not a word of apology was said.

Love the entrance, the elevator. the room is clean, well designed and maintained, very confortable. Quite yet convinent to the actions. Highly recommended. We have basic room, we wished there is an sitting chair in the room to relax in.

The "classic" king should be called the "basic" king. Smallest room I have ever stayed in.

Good room which was well equipped. Staff very friendly. Only slight let down was no restaurant in the hotel. We also found, being late November, there were not many eating options outside the hotel - and of those available many had fully shut before 8 if not earlier.

I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the doors. The lobby area is beautifully decorated. The staff at check-in couldn't have been nicer and provided excellent customer service. Our room was a bit small, but we weren't spending a lot of time in the room anyway. The bed was comfortable and allowed us to enjoy a peaceful slumber. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Catalina.
