Both rooms and bathrooms are large enough and always clean and in order, soundproofing good rooms. Perfect location, near the centre of Avola and the beach, but above all in a strategic location to visit the area from Siracusa to Portopalo but Catania is reachable in just over an hour of car. Very comfortable and customer-cared owners. Free parking but with good chance of car seats right in front of the entrance of the facility"

"We stayed in room 5 and it was great. The room is spacious and very functional, incredibly clean. Really good water pressure in the shower. Towels are changed often and bins emptied every day. The double balcony allowed us to enjoy a nice breeze in the evening despite the heat, plus it's easy to hang and dry beach towels etc. The location is great for exploring the surrounding areas and it's close to the sea - if it's really hot you probably want to drive there anyway, only 5 minutes. I know other people have complained about the windows not being sound proof but I must admit I only noticed when someone set off some fireworks in the middle of the night - I think it depends on what level of noise you're used to and how light your sleep is. I recommend communicating well with the owners, keeping them updated about arrival time etc so that everything goes smoothly. We visited in June so on street parking nearby wasn't a problem at all. Valeria is super helpful if you need any recommendations. We hope to visit Sicily again and would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I had the most relaxing, wonderful stay at Iuta. The property is only about 10 minutes from Noto and about 15 from a number of gorgeous beaches. The property itself is gorgeous and very spacious -- a main lobby/breakfast area and stunning pool surrounded by groves of fruit trees. We had one of the suites and the room itself was STUNNING, super spacious and private with a very effective ac unit (a true luxury in sicily in august!!). The breakfast was delicious with both sweet and savory options. They do serve lunch which we didn't love, but the poolside/appertivo service was great. This is an amazing place for a couple looking for a quiet, private retreat, the property hosts a MAX of 18 people so it really feels like you have the space to yourself. 10/10 experience and would absolutely return and recommend. "
