Great service and super clean property.

A great spot to stay at but the housekeeping is very pushing knocking Much earlier than what check out is explained to be.

It was not good and not bad. Marriott… what a letdown. The hotel is located next to a freeway most places are able to at least minimize the amount of noise coming in not here you heard everything it came in through the bathroom then even when we asked to move to the other side of the hotel they said they were booked out with four floors and not nearly enough cars out front. I think that you were just understaffed and didn’t want to help.

So apparently you can’t have visitors at night time. I had 2 visitors, my uncle, aunt and a friend. (1st visit) and my co worker who came to pick me up for work and I told him no. That was enough to get my stay canceled. My uncle and aunt are old school so I’m sure it was more of how they look than anything. My co-worker looks like a bum but thats how he goes to work. The Hotel is amazing but they discriminate against people that look a certain way and automatically think they are up to no good

This was great property! The rooms were nice and clean. I felt safe and the property was not far from anything.

Everything was amazing! Place was clean ... lobby is beautiful. Check in was easy and front desk super friendly.

My husband and I stayed at the Residence Inn from Friday, December 8th to Monday, December 11th. Our stay was great. The property was clean. The receptionist at the front desk was fantastic. Her name is Tina and she really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. There are restaurants all around but a great ice cream place next door to the property. We weren't in town for very long just for the wedding but long enough to see that the property is well taking care of. The freeway is right next to the property as is an on ramp but I definitely don't feel the hotel was noisy at all. I slept on the couch as I need a firm support to a bed and although the bed looked cozy and inviting...my back says otherwise. The shower is large and the water temp and pressure perfect. There is a heated pool that we did not use and a gym. Breakfast is free and served till 9 weekdays and 930 weekends. Food was good and plentiful and coffee was hot with flavored creamers available, which is a plus. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot but we did not visit. No need with flavored creamers available amd Free Hot coffee. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Facilities, staff, breakfast, room all wonderful. However, my room was located next to the freeway and the road noise was pretty loud even if sleeping with ear plugs.

The staff like Tina were super great and accomodating. The bedside light and power station next to the queen bed toward the window was completely out and not working. The shelf in the bathroom was repaired but bowed down so items placed there would slide so I immediately stopped using it. The light switches were not intuitive and there were not any instructions. It would be nice to have some instructions. I called the property to let them know we would be arriving after midnight and they held our room. Didnt feel safe about parking in such a remote area where the property was located, especially Im parking at my own risk. I had to remain vigilant about my surroundings. Breakfast was great and the staff were cordial.
