モンディ・ホテル・アクサムス(Mondi Hotel Axams)

We stayed on June 21, 2023. After checking in, we found the hotel has no air-conditioning. When inquired, the manager advised us to keep the balcony door open ( windows are sealed). We could not sleep because the room was stuffy and invaded by flies. We slept by midnight only to be awakened by birds ay 4 a.m. It was a restless night. I will never stay in the B&B Hotels.

Very nice resort, with excellent facilities. Good location according to Innsbruck sightseing and to Axamer Lizum skying area access (both easily accessible by free bus); close to pleasant skitouring areas, like Sellrain area (20 - 30 min.)

This could be a lovely hotel. I’m sure it often is, but for us, sadly we just didn’t get to see it. Firstly, we received an email to say there was a large group of young people staying so it might be a little louder. We rather naively assumed this would be a school group but it was a group of older teens who spent until 4am playing music, running about the corridors , shrieking and banging on doors. We chose not to confront them as we didn’t speak their language so just too awkward. We did make the hotel aware by email but no response to this. What we were not advised about, was that the large group meant there was no restaurant available for dinner. Axams has next to nothing in it so to have no restaurant was not helpful. Thankfully the Hotel Kogele were accommodating and provided a delicious dinner. The room is nicely maintained although had old food in the fridge on arrival. A selection of random plates and glasses (presumably brought up from the breakfast room) went with a hob and kettle making it a useful little base for a busy day. The team were responsive when we asked for clean towels. We only needed them because the room was not cleaned on our second day and so the towels were not changed. The weather was not good enough to dry and reuse our towels unfortunately. If you are booked to stay there then this hotel is ok. It’s fine. Basic, but fine. If you are warned of a group I strongly recommend you make use of any cancellation option you have and go elsewhere.

Continuo a venire ormai da anni, mai una delusione. Gentilezza del personale e tanti optional, piscina coperta, sauna, ottimi appartamenti dotati di tutto. Bus per Innsbruck a due passi. Non manca proprio niente GRAZIE !

Un style typique Autrichien. Bel hôtel dans un style fait vieux.Très bon accueille et personnel sympathique et avenant. Une région a découvrir absolument. Le restaurant très bien et bon. Rapport qualité prix conforme. Parking gratuit.

Studio zu eng und nicht sauber. Personal nicht kompetent. Resturant nicht die ganze Woche geöffnet. Man konnte sich nicht Abends in das Lokal setzen und noch gemütlich ein Bier oder Wein trinken. Das Studio wurde nicht gereinigt. Betten wurden nur die Decken zusammengelegt das Kopfkissen wurde völlig vergessen.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende im Mondi. Leider nicht die Erholung die wir uns gewünscht hätten. „Hier kocht die Chefin selbst!“. Das stimmt, doch leider kommen dabei alle anderen Aufgaben zu kurz. - Hotel sehr schmuddelig - Überall staubig - Zimmer staubig, im WC noch Reste der Sitzung von Vorgänger!!! - Frühstücksbuffet mager und auch nicht sehr appetitlich, Kaffeemaschine schmutzig, Teller nicht sauber, Stühle voller Krumen, Putzfrau hat den Lappen nur als Alibi dabei Damit wären wir beim Personal, was so gut wie nicht vorhanden ist. Chefin ist zwar nett und zuvorkommend aber leider auch hoffnungslos überfordert. Pool ist ein Witz, entspricht in keinster weise den Fotos. Sauna haben wir gar nicht erst angeschaut. Wir waren in Telfes im Stubay Bad. Dort hat alles gepasst. Obwohl: Baden wollten wir im Hotel, denn dafür haben wir ja auch 4 Sterne gebucht. Alles in allem keinen zweiten Besuch wert. Schade eigentlich, denn aus der Location liesse sich wirklich etwas machen.

Arrivato in hotel, mi sono reso subito conto che non si tratta di un quattro stelle La reception era chiusa al nostro arrivo (alle 3pm), gli arredi di scarsa qualità, la pulizia un po’ superficiale. Quando ci hanno dato la camera è stato ancora peggio. Per fortuna, dopo esserci resi conto di ciò che era la struttura, abbiamo trovato un’altra sistemazione. La signora che gestisce l’alloggio è stata comprensiva delle nostre necessità e abbiamo concordato di pagare solo la pulizia della stanza (avendo usufruito del bagno in camera). La posizione è lontana da Innsbruck, quindi lo sconsiglio eccetto che per la cortesia del personale.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert. Veraltet, verdreckt und nicht Familienfreundlich. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber das hat schon gereicht. Anreise okay, es wird mit Biergarten geworben aber dieser macht erst 18 Uhr auf. Ganz toll. Wer gern sein Bier 15 Uhr trinkt. Könnte alles etwas mehr sein für 4 Sterne nach 2 Jahren Corona.
