Booked this hotel because I needed to attend an event at UTeM. The hotel to UTeM is just approximately 13-minute drive and it's very convenient for me. The hotel design is trendy; parking is convenient and free (just outside the property); the room is comfortable; the breakfast was good with a variety of choices. I must say the front desk people are very friendly and helpful. The first room they gave me had some problem of water leakage, they solved for me straightaway by letting me change to another room. I was having trouble booking via Trip.com and chatted with the online representative. They talked (texting messages) friendly, but delivered empty promises. Very disappointed with Trip.com

situated at air keroh very near to highway but bit far from Malacca city. Parking spacious but not well maintained. Breakfast not much choices.

Nice & comfortable hotel. Booked with MyTrip app which slightly cheaper thank other app platform. RM280 net p/nite weekend rate for Deluxe twin room with buffet breakfast (without patio). Check in was a breeze and fast. The room was nicely furnished but one of the beds were dirty with some food crumbs under the pillow and on the mattress. Called to ask them to change the bedsheets and pillow and it took 2 follow up calls before someone came. Toiletries could have been sufficiently provided given its a 5* hotel but its a small matter as it was settled upon calling housekeeping. Hence the 3 star review. Had dinner at their Rooftop restaurant and was impressed with their interior and choice of music played. Had tapas and caesar salad, tasty and reasonably priced (compared to KL prices) thou the chef had inadvertently omitted the crispy beef bacon on the salad and only served it on its own after our query and after we had finished the salad 😅 Pics are from the Rooftop restaurant. Location is quite far for melaka town (30mins) but since we had a car, it wasn’t a problem for us. Breakfast buffet was pretty good with variety of selection from continental to local cuisine. Plenty of clean and healthy food tood. Overall a pleasant stay and would come again.

Hotel with great location and friendly staff. Very near to some attractions.

1. Requested for Interconnecting room unfortunately didnt get as per request. 2 Was given room 321 and the rooom was totally disaster. Water heater was not working, bath tub was choked while u shower the water rise up. 3. As the room light for make up the room was not working, personally go down to the reception and request to tidy up the room but unfortunately not when we get back at 12midnite, to our disappointment our room was not being tidy up. Immediately go down to the reception personnaly as theres no reception no to call and told them to tidy our room. Again to our disappointment when we slept on the bed.. felt ichy all over till i have to lay the towel to sleep on. Not sure how long the hotel management kept the bed linen.. overall was super disappointed with the hotel and how the management handle the whole scenario.. all they can say… im sorry… highly not recommended Ames Hotel

My son got rashes the first night of stay. Requested for a cancellation and refund for the next night but hotel did not response at all. Will definitely not coming back again.

Overall services is bad The cleaner never did their job properly The room not clean and also doesn’t provide the comb and shaver which in the checklist Requested 3 times only get it

Not all room have bathtub..breakfast ok ..parking infront of the hotel…far from jonker walk and town area..
