Good hotel and nice food

Directly on the beach great location ,cleanliness superb, food amazing ,staff friendliness top class ,great animation team great fun, reception & management couldn,t do enough for us 💯% in every way & can,t wait to return a massive well done to all concerned 10⭐️,s & applause 👏👏👏

My wife and I arrived on the 10th May for a week. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the whole resort is run efficiently. The food in the buffet restaurant Ammochostas is quite varied. Shout out to the charismatic and very helpful staff member Nicholas. The drinks are nice in the bars, and if on all-inclusive, stick to cocktails and beer, as the spirits are weak. Better off buying the spirits. The Animation Team who are responsible for all the entertainment daytime and evenings are very good. Another massive shout out to the amazing Claudio, who works very hard keeping us entertained. In fact, the team manager Chloe and the rest of the team are good at what they do. The pools are clean, the beach in wonderful, and the sea is crystal clear. Aya Napa town centre is a €1.50 bus ride away, and there are several on the route. There were couples with babies and toddlers, but you barely noticed that they were there. I guess that's down to how well behaved they were. As I told a fellow guest before I left, it's not the best hotel resort I have stayed at, but I can't fault it at all.

Wow wow wow! This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts. We got married here on 16th May and it truly was the best day of our lives. We stayed here for 2 weeks with the majority of our wedding party and everyone said the same as us. First of all, the wedding planning team, Maria and Manolita. We booked our wedding directly through them at the hotel and they were the most amazing planners. Their communication from start to finish, their organisation and helpfulness was 2nd to none. The venue was picture perfect and the whole process before and during the day ran perfectly. We chose the garden venue however you have the choice of the panorama roof terrace too. The rooftop Koralli is the reception venue and the views are to die for. The food on the day was amazing too. The hotel staff from reception, the bell boys, the restaurant/bar, cleaning and also the entertainment team were all so friendly, welcoming and overall super helpful and pleasant people. We had a seaview room and the views were outstanding, our towels were changed everyday which was very helpful. We were also All inclusive plus (which I think has stopped now, although I'm not sure why because it was brilliant). With that we had a restocked mini bar, chance to eat in the Italian and seafood restaurant, drinks in the levels beach bar and premium spirits. The food at the hotel was so tasty, lots of choice and variety. We loved how they had a 2 weekly schedule of themed nights for different cuisines. The food wasn't repetitive despite it being a buffet which we thought was great. The seafood restaurant was our favourite, everything was just cooked to perfection and the table service treatment was amazing. Some of our guests had dietary requirements too but there was still lots of choice for them. The rooms, pool areas and the grounds of the hotel were immaculate and always well maintained. We wished the main pool was a bit warmer though but did heat up as the weather got hotter. The location of the hotel is set back from Aiya Napa but only a short taxi from the centre which we preferred. You can also get the bus along for €1.50 which we did a few times and also into Protaras for the same price. The hotel is definitely placed on the nicest beach though, we went on a few but said Makronisos was the best. We travelled with our toddler, my niece and nephew and the hotel is great for kids. It has a shallow, children's swimming pool next to a playground. My niece loved the kids club and always wanted to go. The entertainers did a brilliant mini disco which was loved by all and over a super friendly animation team. Overall, we're very sad to be home but it was the best 2 weeks of our life and that's down to this hotel, it's staff and the wedding planners. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

My husband and I arrived at Asterias Beach Hotel at 4am. Check in was swift. Room was great (550) and they had left us some sandwiches , fruit and water ( so thoughtful) . Breakfast, lunch and dinner has a varied selection and was good. I would say eat early if you like your food warmer. Hotel is clean and our room was cleaned every day. There was always loungers available. The staff are wonderful, they are helpful and friendly. They work incredibly hard. The beach is beautiful, we followed the coastline and ended up on Nissi beach. We were all-inclusive and found their cocktails good. We would like to thank Nicholas, Ammochostos restaurant , making us feel special. Chloe, Claudio, Maya, Alessio and the rest of the animation team for keeping us entertained, you are all amazing!! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Asterias Beach Hotel was unforgettable thanks to the outstanding staff and fantastic entertainment team. We can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience a relaxing and fun vacation. We are already looking forward to our next visit and the many other great experiences that await us there.

Nice hotel, can’t fault the food choice, changes daily Animation team lovely especially Christina and Cloudio. Bar staff very friendly Only thing that could improve is housekeeping. They left our unwanted food in our room all week and our water drinking glasses never got changed. My daughter and partner requested duvet covers as you only get a sheet Day before we left maids changed there sheets and put duvets back in wardrobe and covers in wash rather than replace back on there bed. Told reception later that night and was told maids had gone home. I feel this was Laziness on there part. Otherwise had a brilliant time and highly recommend.

This hotel in Cyprus aya Napa is the best hotel for a family trip evrebody is so friendly the hotel is very clean and beautiful with it is view the restaurant has one of the best foods in Cyprus aya napa the room is very beautiful with one bed huge so always come to this hotel

Rooms were comfy , clean , spacious. Pillows lovey as was the mattress. Reception was efficient Not very spacious but kept very clean. Only used main pool once it's freezing. All areas clean. Indoor pool was not much warmer. Sun beds comfy and parasols. Beach very clean and so soft, the sea was a turquoise blue. Beds on beach were chargeable. Pool bar staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. No brand drinks unless you for them. Entertainment team around pool were also great . Our only negative would be music , they didn't have anything on except whilst keep fit was on. Restaurant staff were all lovely and polite. FOOD was good and the best chips ever on ALL inclusive. Lovely carved meats , fresh salads , pasta etc. different soups but we only liked vegetable soup. Special mention to MONICA IN the Restaurant such a lovely lady. Taking time to have little natter , thank you from NICKY AND JILL 💓 Ayia Napa town centre is a twenty minutes taxi drive away. Entertainment can't comment on we didn't go. A lot of families with babies , toddlers and slightly older children at this hotel.

It was really nice, the people and the employees were really wonderful! Good program, good food, cleanliness and friendliness. It's quiet, you have lots of things to do and it's right on the beach. You can also be in the city within 10 minutes, so it's really great! We'll definitely be back!

Great animation by Chloe and her team. Every night a great program. Good food. Menu could have had more vegetarian options. Nice beach, good gym and indoor pool. Good selection of drink for all inclusive. Noise insulation is not the best. You would hear drunk and loud neighbours if you have bad luck.

The most beautiful location imaginable. Excellent hotel so clean and friendly. Great entertainment. The food was delicious and different theme every night. All inclusive was everything so many cocktails to choose from. Table service at the bar and dinning table for drinks. The weather was beautiful. Atmosphere was great. No fighting for sinners there were plenty to go around! Would most definitely come back!

There was 12 of us that stayed here for my husbands and I wedding and it was simply the best holiday any of us had ever had. We couldn't fault anything- everything was just perfect. The food was fabulous, staff very kind and welcoming and the beach is simply stunning. My husband and I have booked to come again this year to have and celebrate our honeymoon and 1st wedding anniversary. A truly magical experience!

We had a week's stay at the hotel in the all inclusive option. Two adults and two children. hotel room very clean and tidy. The restaurant has great and varied food. everything was very tasty and the waiters and staff were smiling and helpful. Young team. Very nice animations conducted by a great team of Italians and leading Pole Patryk. Nice warm man. The reception is professional and helpful in answering all sorts of questions. many thanks to Arleta! The hotel is located on the beautiful beach of Makronissos. Sunbeds on the beach payable but such rules in Cyprus. The best part of the beach is the farest end. Sand is soft and we spent time on building castles. Water very clean and transparent and accessable for kids. I was running around the area and I saw the hotels nearby and this hotel is in my opinion the best located and seems to be the best choice.
