Melissi Beach Hotel & Spa

Didn't have the sea view room we booked but gave us a side sea instead + all inclusive, so was a great compensation. Hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable!

Absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The elegant decor, top-notch service, and stunning views made my experience truly unforgettable. shoutout to the pool bar team Nicos, sotos, panayiotis who made my holidays special. Can't wait to visit again!

We are here at present and so far excellent hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean and well looked after. The food is lovely, well cooked and tasty. Great quite location right on beach and ten minute walk into town. It is so refreshing to get up late in a morning and have no problem at all getting sunbeds. No one getting up early and reserving them which is brilliant. Overall excellent however there are only a couple things we feel could be better. Music - there is no atmosphere round the pool or in the bar at an evening. Please can you play some music as it is a bit boring. We also like the poolside bar for food however cannot get food there with all inclusive at a lunch time. Please can you consider changing this to give guests a choice. Should these change we would certainly consider returning however not at present.

This is our first time at the Melissi Beach & Spa Hotel and it won’t be the last, for a 2-week all-inclusive stay (5th - 19th May 2024). This hotel is clean with a modern design and well kept grounds and it is in a very good location right on a sandy beach and just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Ayia Napa where the shops, bars and restaurant are located. If you want to venture out, the bus stops are just outside the hotel. When we arrived at the Hotel, we were greeted by Irina on Reception who checked us in swiftly and Thomas who took our bags straight to our room with no delay. Throughout our stay, Irina and Thomas were both friendly and very professional and a credit to the Hotel. We booked an Executive Jacuzzi room, which was spacious and comfortable and was greeted with a bottle of champagne and a fruit bowl. Housekeeping was very good and a big thank you to Margarita. The quality of the food in Thalassa, the main restaurant, for breakfast, lunch & dinner was excellent with lots of choices and very tasty, something for everybody. A big thank you to the Chefs, Costas, George and Euthimeos for their excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. We must compliment the Chefs who were constantly monitoring the food to ensure there was an ample supply and one thing we noticed was they were always checking the food to ensure it was at the correct temperature. A special thank you goes out to Evdokia in the main restaurant for being so warm and welcoming and also a big thanks to Andreas, Yiota and Christos who looked after us as well. The 2 A la Carte restaurants, Mezepolis (Greek) and the Pisanello (Italian) again served a great choice of food with once again great staff. There is a snack and bar at the pool, where great meals were served if you didn’t want to go to the restaurant for lunch. Sotos and his team were outstanding and a big thanks to the bar staff Josef and Karolina in the Lobby bar. There is a well-equipped Gym, which we used, we also booked a couples’ massage for my birthday in the Spa with the wonderful Maria (Spa Manager) who was so welcoming, friendly and very professional. The whole experience was top class & we had an absolutely amazing time. The ambiance & background music in the Spa was very relaxing. Kabita & Lin the massage therapists did a fantastic job, it was so good, we booked another one and we would definitely recommend this treatment. Can’t wait for the next one!! All of the staff are extremely friendly, professional and hard working and always made us feel welcome, even Mr Nicos and Mr George took their time to say hello and to ask if everything was okay, which was very much appreciated. We definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning very soon.

What a fantastic week we have had at the Melssi Beach hotel and Spa. Sotos and his team were outstanding. Had excellent meals at the two a la carte restaurants too. All of the staff go out of their way to make you welcome. Big shout out to Mustafa Aka Tommy 1 in the bars. Thank you all so much for making our weeks holiday so special.

This was our third time we have been here to the the hotel and Spa. We are always greeted by Maria the spa manager with the warmest greetings and pure professionalism. She is a huge asset to have in your establishment in my opinion. My wife had the full body massage whilst I had the neck,back and shoulders. I cannot recommend the two masseuse Anna and the girl from Nepal whose name unfortunately escapes me. Once again both extremely professional and courteous the entire time. We are already looking forward to our return next year! 😊

I stayed here for a week in May 2024. The night before I left I tripped over and banged my head. The day after I arrived I developed a black eye. Eirini and Sotos were very kind in asking how I was every day and providing me with bags of ice to try to soothe my eye. As a solo traveller I really appreciated their concern and kindness. I will probably write another review about the holiday but so far everything is good!

Good experience, quit big hotel with 3 areas for sunbeds, one at swimming pool, second in hotel area on sand between hotel and beach and third few meter downstairs on the beach. In the Hotel area it can become quit hot if there is no wind, but there are plenty sunbeds and umbrellas on Hotel territory and some trees to get shadow. On the beach there are also plenty of beds and umbrella at cost of 2,50 each (7,50 for 2 beds +umbrella) for whole day. Beach in front of hotel is sandy and easy to manage barefeet, few 100mtrs to left and right there are more rocks/stones. Good toilet and shower facility close to beach and also 100mtr to left bar where you can get drinks and some food. Hotel itself very nice and clean, each evening different theme diner and well organized from the staff to handle everything very efficiently. On cloudy /rainy days you may have to wait few minutes to get place. In the morning outside place is very nice, but small birds are quick to enjoy also some food if you leave table for a second. Special reward for Evdokia, always in good mood and smiling during the breakfast/diner. We had breakfast and diner and choice is very big, with good quality. Hotel is 5-10 min walk to centre part with on other side also the sculpture park and lover bridge, worthwile visit on cloudy days

Arrived too late for dinner but we were given a voucher for lunch on our last day and a selection of sandwiches fruit and water which we were delighted with. We stayed in the apartment as there were three of us and it was spotless. (Only suggestion would be to have a mirror in the bedroom or living area near the sockets ) Lovely separate pool from the main hotel pools. Grounds very well maintained and beautiful. Pool area amazing so many beds and life guards on duty all day. Beds also available on the sand leading to a gorgeous beach. We opted for half board and we were not disappointed so much choice at each mealtimes. As it was early in the year there was not a full entertainment programme available but the bar served a great variety of cocktails (maybe some background music would be good). Josef and Katina were both very friendly and so lovely. The hotel is in a great location shops and restaurants within walking distance. Do not hesitate book this hotel and you will not be disappointed.
