Stunning hotel, extremely clean and really friendly staff. The sun bed allocation system works great and there was absolutely no need to rush around in the mornings. Everything was perfect for us in exception of 3 things: 1. Breakfast - We found breakfast to be extremely disappointing. Every day the majority of the food was cold and we didn’t think there was much variety. When you order a water, it comes warm with no ice, which isn’t ideal in a hot country. We were also not informed of the QR code on our table which gives you a drinks menu and items made to order - we actually found this out by one of the other hotel guests! In comparison to hotels we have stayed at previously, this was one of the worst breakfasts we have had. Entertainment - The nighttime entertainment wasn’t great at all, which I believe is why there were a maximum of 5 guests there at each night. The hotel is missing a trick here, as we would have loved to stay in some nights to watch the entertainment and drink within the hotel, however we had no option but to venture out. 3. Lack of Attention - I informed the hotel weeks in advance of my severe nut allergy, mainly to double check they would be able to cater for me. They confirmed this, however when we arrived at the hotel, there was a bottle of champagne in our room with 2 packets of nuts. There were also mixed nuts in the drawer. This was extremely frustrating for us, especially as we informed the hotel of this way in advance. This review sounds really negative, but aside from these points, everything was fantastic.
