The apartment is one of a number in a tasteful conversion of an old psychiatric hospital. Two double bedrooms, a large living/dining area with a kitchen that included a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There’s a good sized smart TV in the living room, with a sofa and comfy chair. The master bedroom (en suite) also has a small TV. There’s a good WiFi signal throughout the apartment. Access to the apartment we stayed in (#35 - with a lovely balcony overlooking the park) via a flight of stairs (I don’t think there’s a lift). There’s a dedicated parking space (for non-commercial vehicles) for the apartment. The area is really peaceful and quiet - no road noise, despite being quite close to the hospital. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local half a mile away for top-up shopping and a decent chippy even closer 😀 The apartment was clean, fresh and tidy.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped flat in peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay. The instructions for collecting the keys could have been given more prominence in the welcome email. Other than that small point this was faultless.

We stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding at Allington Castle. Prior to arrival we were given very clear instructions with regards to locating both the property (apartment 35) and picking up the keys. The apartment is located within a stunning building with well maintained grounds and offered everything you could possibly need (even down to a tumble dryer). The bed in the room with the en suite was probably the comfiest bed I have ever slepted in. The quality of the bedding was top notch. If staying in the area again, I would most definitely opt to stay here.

Wow what amazing apartments, spacious spotlessly clean and with anything.u could.possibly need for ur stay! Booking and check in.were quick and efficient, Robert.was friendly and.approachable. Excellent.view, quiet near to all amenities cannot recommend enough just wish could have stayed longer

It was great staying here, very nice clean apartment with all facilities en soute bathrooms free WiFi netflix and more.. I recommend this to everyone. The owners was really nice aswell.. really enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed here for just over 2 months. We loved the balcony and the early morning views of the sun rising. I highly recommend requesting one of the 2 balcony apartments. The actual apartment had everything you need for a medium length trip including 2 bathrooms and lots of living area.

I stayed for 4 months at St Andrews as my house had been flooded and the building work has taken ages (still not fixed). The apartment I stayed in had a balcony with a beutiful view of the surrounding park. I recommend apartment 34 as both of the bathrooms were brand new. The owners were particularly accomodating with easily arraning an extension when our builders were behind schedule.

I stayed in one of the apartments with a balcony for 4 months. Fabulous views over the Park, very high quality amenities. Bathrooms brand new, excellent service; Wifi very fast (150Mps). Also lots of shops and good food delivery in the area. Also very nice to have allocated parking near the entrance. Highly recommended.

Our 5-week stay in the spacious 2BR/ 2BA apartment was pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was clean, the kitchen fully-kitted out, furnishings were up to date, and bathrooms were modern. Because of the time of year (Oct-Nov), we made little use of the outdoor balcony, but the view and furniture there beckons one to read, work, or enjoy a cocktail. The complex is peaceful and quiet, affording a good night's sleep. Robert, the proprietor, was responsive to questions asked (e.g., recommended taxi service) and provided precise directions on how to find the property and obtain keys. Access to two train lines was within a 25-minute walk (we were without a vehicle). Our stay was enjoyable and I'd have no reservations about recommending #35 St Andrews Apartments.
