Great vibes at the resort. A lots of trees and it’s located in the mountains so you’ll feel like you’re surrounded by the nature. Room is big and clean with some nice decorations.Beautiful pool. Staff are friendly. Also, they make really great cocktails:)

This was a last minute booking due to revised itinerary caused by Typhoon Yagi and what a fantastic surprise! The area is just beautiful! Our room had an outside bath and even showering, you could open the door to outside and still have privacy! Bed was very comfy aircon worked well, as did wifi. There is no tv or bar fridge so bring a pack of cards and a book! The resort is very hilly which would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

The only thing negative about the Pu Luong retreat is that we didn’t stay long enough ! This is the pinnacle of luxury eco-construction if you ask me. Oh my God. We only stayed 2 nights after trekking up north in Vietnam but this place is magic. The hotel is built with utmost respect to the forest and the nature all around. It is quite hilly so the walks to the room can be a bit of work out but the views from up there are worthy of postcards. Rooms are very spacious with a gorgeous view over the mountains. The food and service were impeccable when we stayed. I wish I could go back soon.

One of the best place I've booked in Vietnam! Really good structure located in the middle of the countryside of Mai Chau. Stunning view from the rooms over the rice fields. Really good food at the restaurant and excellent staff. There is also a nice Spa and an amazing pool inside the retreat. I really recommend this place.

We had an excellent stay in rooms 501, 502 and 503. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. It was too nippy to use the outdoor tub but it would be lovely in warmer weather. The hotel's breakfast selection was very good. The hotpot we had for dinner was tasty and generous, being enough for six people. The villages near the hotel made for some lovely walks.

This was a welcome relief from the busy places in Vietnam . It is so tranquil and the views are absolutely amazing . Our room was very spacious and the bar offers drinks at a very reasonable cost We didn’t eat at the residence but were told food was good by others . There is a pizza Place next door , albeit a little expensive for what it is

We "discovered"' Puluong Retreat" in 2016/17 quite by accident as part of a tour package. It was without doubt one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed, Built on the side of a mountain, lush tropical gardens surround the accommodation units which have beautiful views of the rice fields and mountains. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and each has a balcony with views to the mountain ranges beyond. The staff were very good and super friendly, all locals, and more than happy to help at any time. Since our initial visit some years ago we have returned 10 times, made great friends and always enjoy our stay. If you have the opportunity, dont miss it.....fabulous!

Beautiful resort, surrounding areas are really lovely to walk through. Really nice and quiet. Great food at the restaurant, really accommodating of vegetarian diet. Pool perfect temperature to cool down after a walk. Would absolutely stay here again.
