El hotel está muy lindo por poner un pero es la tv que pierde señal y la ducha resbala por lo demás todo perfecto lo recomiendo 100x100

Parfait rien à dire ! Le personnel est accueillant, la chambre très propre.

El personal tiene una pésima actitud, creen que hacen un favor al atender al cliente. El aseo es deficiente tanto en las habitaciones como en las instalaciones, se tiene que insistir reiteradas veces para que lo hagan. Y así fue toda la estancia durante una semana. El hospedaje incluye desayuno pero este es limitado en sus porciones y no tienen un buen sazón.

This was a lovely hotel, the staff went above and beyond to cater for my partners birthday. Even bringing out cake at breakfast. Which was a delightful surprise. Would highly recommend

Good location, friendly staff and nice outdoor vibe. The rooms weren’t exactly as expected and the breakfast was always out of something each day but all in all a good stay

the water coming out of the pipes smell terrible and I ask the staff and they told me that the water in the area has that issue. The towels smell pretty bad the building has been remodeled and looks good, but the issues with the water are too much,

The restaurant is delicious dinner especial the only thing was that the Internet is weak while trying to do some work other than that the location and property are very nice and safe. Will recommend and stay again.

We were really pleased with our stay at the AGAM - it was well located about a five minute walk to the lagoon and ten minutes to the zócalo. The hotel is beautifully kept with a nice pool and garden, and clean and stylish rooms. The bed was comfortable, though a little on the firm side. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were fabulous. We had help booking tours, and when there was a medical emergency they really went above and beyond to help sort out some logistics. Abril, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. I would happily stay at the AGAM again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
