im quite expecting the place will look clean but not shown in reality. floors going upstairs and the whole place is so untidy. u need to have it cleaned first. the room was ok and cable tv is nice. wifi not good

The room has no exhaust fan which has smell. And the room has cockroaches. No bidet as well, no shampoo. Good thing they have free water.

Not really the hotel I was hoping for when I booked it but it was value for my money. It was cheap and located near a coffee shop. Also, it's near Lacson so it's accessible.

Premium room (Room 4) is near the frontdesk and all the noise can be heard from the inside. With TV, split type aircon and soft comfy bed and comforter. Room needs more of cleaning especially the comfort room. Ok for the price I paid

The place is not recommended. Filthy beddings and surroundings . It is more of a short time inn as in MOTEL than a hotel that is why no wonder you will experience nightmares. Staff are not friendly too! donnot consider it as your accomodation...

The epitome of you get what you pay for, but budget should not mean low quality, rooms are far from the pics they show, it was very small for family room standards, cobwebs, dirt on the edges & corners of the room,this shows very very poor housekeeping, should have backed out upon seeing the entrance, uncut grass, dirty facade, upon entering, you are greeted with a musty smell, also, bathrooms is as unappealing as the room, there was also the sound of something gnawing on wood, but to be fair,AC was good, WIFI fast & stable, location is very good, but sadly that's it, to the owners of this hotel, please improve, your location and pricing is hard to beat, cancelled my 2nd day coz I was concerned of my family's health, the 200 peso cancellation fee was well worth it
