ブティックホテル リンデンホフ(Hotel Lindenhof)

This is a small and very pleasant hotel. The staff were friendly and competent. They were young women from Belarus and Ukraine, communicating in English or German as needed. The room was clean. The bed was fairly comfortable. There was a chair and worktable so that I could get work done if I wanted. The lighting in the room was a bit dim for writing or reading. The curtains were “blackout” curtains, so that almost no light came in and I could sleep late. I had a balcony with a mountain view. The main road and rail line are close, but noise was not a problem. Breakfast was good, though the only fresh fruits were apples and on some days peaches. The staff is not there all the time. I knew that I would arrive late and they emailed me a code for late evening access, which worked fine. The location is great – 5 minutes level walk to the railway station, 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, 3 minutes walk to the supermarket.

Spent a week skiing as a group of five (3 rooms). Been to Bad Gastein before, but first time to Lindenhof, which is a small, but friendly hotel. Rooms are basic, vary in layout, but are clean. Bathrooms are a bit mixed in standards in regards to shower fittings, but water was hot enough. Nice small bar open in the evenings, with free homemade crisps. Breakfast is your standard fayre, but more than sufficient. Plus, if you ask they will make you a cappuccino. No evening meals, but staff happy to make recommendations, which did not let us down. A short walk to both the slopes and town centre. Has a skiroom, with heated boot racks, but not sure if they were ever on. Overall a great find for the price and would use again when returning to Bad Gastein

Very good price and perfect value for money. Friendly staff, good breakfast, super location, 5 minutes to Therme, 2 minutes to SPAR, 6 minutes to Stubnerkogelbahn. Skiroom. Small sauna, enough when the hotel is only partly occupied. Dog friendly, only 6 EUR per night. Our husky Rufus was satisfied as well:-) Private parking.

We stayed in Lindenhof for six days and after four nights we switched from the apartment to two hotel rooms and liked both options. The apartment sleeps five or four adults and two kids. It was convenient to be able to make the breakfast in the morning and it was good to have two bathrooms with three young adults in the family. The hotel rooms were nicely furnished and had nice views over the mountain range from the balconies. The owners were super friendly and helpful and the staff really tried to make our stay nice and comfortable. The Lindenhof is located next to the pharmacy and the supermarket and a few hundred meters from the gondola. It is a short walk to the restaurants down town. We highly recommend staying in LIndenhof the next time you want to ski in Bad Gastein.

Beautiful clean pretty place. Owners can not do enough for you. Fab location for ski, shop, apres. Im a fussy pillow/bed person and they accomodated all my requests. Gem in bad gastein. Loved it. Perfect x

Very friendly and helpful staff

Kleines nettes, günstiges und familiengeführtes Hotel unweit der Piste (400 m). Wir waren zum erstenmal hier als in Gastein. Im Hotel wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer waren sauber. Nach dem Skitag war die Nutzung des Skiraums möglich. Parkplätze gab es nicht genug direkt am Hotel, waren aber an der Straße kostenlos vorhanden. Abends an der Bar reichlich Getränke und gute Unterhaltung durch Musik und tolle Gespräche. Einen besonderen Dank an Juliana, die das möglich machte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Tipp: Aufgrund fehlender Arbeitskräfte sind Saisonbediestete verschiedener Nationen vor Ort, daher ist Englisch ein großer Vorteil.

Camera spaziosa e pulita, posto per parcheggio bici all Interno, colazione ottima e persone cordiali e disponibili, appena fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile con 10 minuti di passeggiata. Zona tranquilla e comoda al supermercato e farmacia
