Relais & Chateaux Jagdhof Glashutte

This hotel and restaurant has an amazing concept of providing service to the customers. It was a very pleasant 4-day stay thanks to this way of working for the guests. I cannot think of one mini-complaint, except the weather. That was not so good these 4 days. One suggestion is to rewrite your address as I had great problems arriving. Please write for the village: Glashuette-Bad Laasphe instead of Bad Laasphe. My navigator system will be gratefull.

We stayed at the Jagdhof Glashütte from December 4-7 2023 prior to our tour of Germany's most famous Christkindl Markets. The hotel accommodations, breakfast, restaurants and staff made our stay magical. We had an absolutely amazing experience. Absolutely amazing stay with very friendly staff, unique Interieur, delicious breakfast, lovely rooms, beautiful Spa and an excellent Restaurant. We loved and enjoyed every minute beeing here! We will return for sure . Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!!

We wanted to honor a voucher that was a present for me four years ago. I was sick for over a year and afterwards we could not travel due to the Corona Crisis. Therefore the latest chance to convert the voucher was now in Summer 2023. We reserved two rooms in the Jagdhof and had the bill with the confirmation of the payment of the voucher and the voucher number as an evidence in baggage. The stay was pleasant and the hotel was great (as we knew it from former times). The rooms were upgraded and the bathroom was new and very clean. The meals were splendid even if the breakfast was smaller than in former times. The bad experience we made was that the hotel did not accept the bill of the voucher as an evidence that the voucher was still existing and hat not already been honored. We are regular guests well known for nearly 20 years at the Jagdhof. We had to pay the whole bill and had to promise to look for the Original voucher at home to send it by postal service to the Jagdhof. In this case they would restitute the costs of the hotel rooms. We are very disappointed about this behaviour. At home I immediately found the voucher and send it to Jagdhof Glashütte. Now are waiting for the restitution... but I think we will never be guests of Jagdhof Glashütte again.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and surely will be coming back every year. Attention to detail even with our dog , that had biscuits waiting for him in the room. Kind staff and great atmosphere. Wonderful place and delicious brunch! Thank you everyone

Very good food and service in a quite place. The pool and the sauna are new and very clean. The dishes at the restaurant are „deftig“ but of great quality. The room and the beds are very comfortable. We liked our stay.

nice to have walks and quite for reading and contemplation. Definitely a place to stay. Nice and friendly staff. Rooms are very tasteful decorated likewise the lobby of the hotel. Pool area clean and very well maintained.

Very welcoming staff, beautiful and well-kept hotel, large comfortable rooms, nice very quiet surroundings..Breakkfast and dinner at the hotel are a delight. Rooms with garden view have a nice terrace.

Wir haben im April unsere Hochzeit im Relais & Châteaux Hotel Jagdhof Glashütte gefeiert. Vier Wochen zuvor wurden wir von Frau und Herrn Dornhöfer eingeladen um auf unsere persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten eine individuelle Hochzeitsfeier zu planen. Am Tag der Hochzeit dann, ist alles so abgelaufen wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Um Bilder zu machen konnte das ganze Ambiente genutzt werden, das Essen war perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Tische waren sehr schön geschmückt und der Service, wie immer, außergewöhnlich gut. Alles in allem wurde der Tag genauso gestaltet, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Am nächsten Tag dann wurden wir persönlich von Herrn Dornhöfer angerufen um nach unser Zufriedenheit zu fragen. On Top wurden wir dann noch zu einem Frühstück auf Kosten des Hauses eingeladen. Alles in allem kann man hier nicht anders, als volle Sterne zu geben und den Jagdhof weiter zu empfehlen. Wir werden sicherlich bald wiederkommen.
