グランド リゾート バート ラガツ(Grand Resort Bad Ragaz)

2ベッドルームのスイートに2泊しましたが、お部屋もサービスも良く、ミシュラン三ツ星のレストラン「メモリー」にもチェックインしました。とても良かったです！温泉もとても広くて気持ちよかったです！唯一の不満は、屋内温水プールは遊泳禁止と言われ、子供たちは屋外プールに行くように言われたことですが、屋外プールはとても小さく、水温が冷たくて泳げませんでした。プール管理スタッフの当初の言葉では、このプールはリラックスするためのものだそうですが、これは普通のプールで、水に浸かるだけで動かないのですか？リラックスしたいなら、隣の温泉に行ってはいかがでしょうか? プールで泳ぐと書いてありますが、遊泳禁止です、わかりません!ホテルが屋内プールが水泳に適していないと判断した場合は、屋外プールを大きくすれば問題は解決します。泳ぐ！

このホテルでの素晴らしい経験、素晴らしい食事、そしてスタッフの気配り、特にスポーツバーの女の子レイディの気配りは、いつでも私たちにサービスを提供し、素晴らしいサービスを示してくれました。

Excellent resort hotel with great spa. Big hotel and sometimes you get turned around so more hotel facility direction signs would be helpful. (I saw other clients going back and forth and thus a bit lost.) Great facilities and choice of spa and outdoor activities. Ate at Memories and a bit disappointed as overly expensive and in my view not so innovative for a 3 star level (I have done many.). No plate really wowed me but of course quality was good. Sommelier excellent! Too many meat dishes (3) in the 11 course menu so would modify this portion. Breakfast at Olive was very good but more sneeze guards and protections should be put in place for the hygiene. (Saw a child playing with fruit.) I would return as hotel overall great and environment surrounding hotel very enticing.

Real 5 star experience. Highly competent and friendly staff across all functions. Excellent spa experience coupled with medical advice on site. Choice off 6 restaurants. The private spa pool for hotel guests is a dream. Wide range of guests from young couples and families to older people.

This hotel’s service is overall perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, beautiful rooms and michelin star food. I have a hard time thinking of anything negative as our stay there was absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

I realised this hotel was going to be good (its reputation precedes it) but not as good as this. It was superb. There wasn’t one element that could be criticised. The food, the rooms, the facilities, the staff… everything was A class and top notch. I know its expensive place to stay, but aren’t so many hotels also expensive, and fail to deliver despite their high costs. Yes, this is expensive but when you receive a product as high end and professional as this, then you should be only too delighted to pay for it. Congratulations Grand Resort Bad Ragaz for maintaining a standard to which other hotels strive to, but often fail, to achieve. I would return here for sure, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

We have stayed at the resort with our little daughter and the service was just excellent: at our arrival we got warmly welcomed by the staff and we directly felt at home. The baby amenities in the room were nicely placed and super helpful! We also enjoyed our room service on our terrace with the view over the mountains and also the breakfast choice was great. Also the thermal spa is exceptional. We didn’t want to leave, because we were so relaxed and well taken care of! We definitely recommend this hotel for families! Thank you Bad Ragaz Team!

Great room, comfortable bed and goodnight sleep, great amenities, friendly and helpful staff, enjoyed the pool and spa area, great surrounding space and park. Concierge and Valet parking very friendly, helpful and efficient, rooms always kept clean by helpful and staff. Restaurant facilities are excellent one can choose between 2 for breakfast and many variations for dinner, from healthy regional supper to Mediterranean, Asian cuisine or Swiss traditional. Overall a positive experience
