優點： 酒店會給一張免費乘車券（去國王湖、魔法森林的火車票、公交票都可以用） 服務員英語還可以 缺點： 早餐很難吃 被子很小，晚上凍醒 但坦白説，我這次歐洲之行的酒店都非常的差強人意…………… 周邊很荒涼。雖然有直達國王湖的公交車841 842，但是很晚才有（早上十點多） 價格不便宜

The hotel is right across the train station but since it is a relatively small Hauptbahnhof, there is no noise pollution. It’s only a five minute walk to the downtown, passed the beautiful Kurpark with the world’s largest “Gradierhaus”. The service in the hotel was excellent, the staff helpful and friendly. The location of the breakfast room with the stunning view of the surrounding mountains was another highlight, besides very good choices at the breakfast buffet.

Very nice, clean and confortable hotel, friendly and helpfull staff, excellent breakfast. Free parking close to the hotel. Lobby is so nice designed and decorated, also possibility to stay outside, if you want, heating installation can help you during cold days in winter time.

Our holiday was so nice at this hotel, all services was the best. Thank you! It was a pleasure! For sure next time we are choosing this hotel. The room was very clean and the athmosfere so cozy and quiet. Breakfast was full of all goodies.

Very well situated hotel right across the bus and railwaystation with free travel card. Large clean rooms with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Extended Breakfest served on topfloor of the hotel with nice view of the surrounding mountains. Short walk to the city center and a very good restaurant was advised just few minutes on foot from the hotel. Cosy lobby and good private parking availalble. Very friendly staff which provides you all the necessary information to find your way around in Berchtesgaden county and you're only 1 hour away from Salzburg. We'll come back.

I shortlisted this hotel online but was a bit skeptical booking online. I visited the hotel and requested if I can see the room before booking. The receptionist was a lovely polite young lady who showed me a couple of rooms and answered all my questions. I still went on to see the other shortlisted hotel and that was a bit of a disappointment so I came back to book Avalon. Avalon was better than my expectations. Cleanliness was very high standard and hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast didn't have many options but considering it was included in the price and I didn't have to pay extra, I don't have any complains. Lovely and very clean hotel.

We stayed nights in a family room with three children. The room was great and well appointed. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff were extremely helpful. The gym was also very nice. Free parking outside is limited, but the hotel does have a parking garage which had space and was reasonably priced at 15 euros.
