The first time I have travelled solo and the first time I have embarked on an Ayurvedic trea**ent. I had a wonderful experience right from the start. The venue is lovely, the Ayurvedic programme was a great experience. Malini explained the entire process to me so well. The trea**ents were fantastic. All spa, restaurant, reception and house keeping staff were lovely. I will definitely be going again and have recommended to many friends and family.

It was great to experience this wonderful place again. It never disappoints. Great service, very friendly staff in reception, the restaurant and not least the therapists who do the amazing trea**ents. The ayurvedic cuisine is delicious with very well thought through menus. It's the perfect place to unwind, and I will definitely be booking a return trip here.

This place is incredible. They really understand what they are doing and there is. Lot of thought and planning that goes on behind the scenes to fulfil an excellent service experience. I’m also impressed at how many options they provide. There is something for everyone. The setting is beautiful and the facilities are great quality and well maintained.

We spent a relaxing and rejuvenating few nights at Mandira. The resort is peaceful and located in beautiful surroundings in Styria. The food and trea**ents were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pools, and made good use of the fitness centre. We plan to go back.

One of the best experiences I've had in a long time! The trea**ents are incredible with very experienced practitioners and the whole place is calm and peaceful - its the perfect sanctuary to unwind in if you want to get away from the noise of everyday life. Outstanding service from all the staff throughout the hotel and delicious healthy cuisine (I booked full board). I will be coming back for sure!

We believe in honest reviews and this location really was the ultimate goal of what we needed. If only we could have stayed longer as it takes three days for us to settle in. The staff made our short stay so perfect, they were always on hand to help you, whatever you needed. As for the spa trea**ents, they took an interest in what your daily life involves. In our case, hectic and on the go. The therapist's even would check on you later, to see how you were feeling and making sure we were hydrated, so not to feel heady. The food served here was something else. No complaints! Feel so rejuvenated as though our bodies have gone back to factory settings. Will be returning for an extended stay.

I am just finishing my 10 days stay at Mandira Ayurveda Resort and a full Panchakarma cure, and I have no words to say how wonderful this place is. After doing the same program in India, I can confirm that the therapy and cure are absolutely the same in terms of strict ayurvedic experience. Everyone on the stuff is kind, respectful, with a full knowledge of every segment of the process, they go beyond just to make sure that the guest feels appreciated and sound. The food is absolutely wonderful, the facilities perfect, therapies serious but insanely relaxing, the spa area and the swimming pools are the places you don't want to leave. If you are interested in a true ayurvedic experience with all the perks of European confort, Mandira is a fantastic choice. I am sure I will repeat this wonderful experience the next January, it's a perfect way to kick start a healthy New Year.

In need of some serious rest and recuperation, I made a last minute booking for ten days. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The Ayurveda Resort Mandira is exemplary on so many levels. Perhaps what stands out the most is the care and service offered by all the staff. Everyone - and I mean everyone! - went out of their way to make sure I was looked after and had an amazing stay. The facilities are great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable, the pools and spa area a**ospheric and spotlessly clean, the food delicious and to the highest quality (and catering for my difficult dietary requirements) - and of course the setting is delightful. But what makes a place truly special is the people. Two members of staff told me that they had their dream jobs - and it showed. I had numerous trea**ents, was seen by an Ayurvedic doctor and a traditional doctor (I have a health condition that needed addressing) and was given a bespoke programme of two to three trea**ents a day. These ranged from many heavenly massages sitting firmly in the Ayurvedic tradition to craniosacral therapy, emotional release, infusions and more. Guests, as advised by the on-site professionals, can choose from a menu of trea**ents or follow prescribed detox programmes. As such the Mandira is ideal for people who simply want to relax and have some sublime pampering, or those who have more specific health issues and are looking to detox, recuperate and rejuvenate. Everything sits within the Ayurvedic philosophy and it really is very special. Oh, and in case you don't speak German, everyone speaks fluent English! Don't hesitate to book!

This sort of standard is normally only found in Bali and I was overjoyed to come across it in Austria as well. I have not experienced any other hotel with the same high standard and spiritual consciousness. The staff are really warm and friendly and its genuine, the food is haute cuisine, a work of art, extremely tasty and creative (congratulations to the wonderful chef!). The spa is beyond words. All the massage therapists there are of the highest standard and the massages normally are only found in Sri Lanka in that quality. No need to travel so far, I can recommend it with all my heart. I did a 10 day Panchakarma detox and I now look splendid, 20 years younger and fit. I would definitely recommend this to everyone, 5 days is too short, 10 days is good, or more, even better. There is a full medical staff there, several ayurvedic doctors and nurses and therapists and the programme they offer is superb. The hotel is absolutely newly refurbished and has 2 pools, outside (heated) and inside with thermal water, a distinct sauna area with different saunas and infrared, solarium, crystal steam bath. They offer yoga lessons for free every day when you stay. If you can not stay, you can book yourself in for a Day Spa and enjoy the day there with the rejuvenating therapies and heavenly food. If you would like to experience a higher consciousness in everything and come out as a different, better person, book yourself in and be surprised, what is possible! You will also realize that you have not really been relaxed in years, but there you will feel yourself again and that will make you happy!
