カジノの横　伝統あるなホテル とても綺麗にリノベーションされていて気持ちいいです 朝食も満足 ロケーション 街までぶらぶらするのにも遊歩道にも近く素晴らしい環境にあります ぜひ街をぶらぶらし温泉に行くことをお勧めします 写真は開業当初のこちらのホテル　ホテル内に展示してました

とても歴史のあるホテルで、街までもとても近く立地はとてもよかったです。朝食も種類も豊富でおいしかったです。

We arrived early at the hotel, and Aleyna was professional, courteous, and kind enough to provide us with an early check-in. The process was swift! She graciously explained everything about the hotel and even congratulated us in advance for our anniversary. The room was massive and lovely. Our requests for a room away from the elevator and with a good view were graciously granted. We had a beautiful view of the city, though a fire exit was a bit of an eyesore. I did notice a couple of cleanliness oversights—I found a business card under the TV cabinet, and a few parts of the wardrobes were dusty. As this is a premium hotel, I was also expecting a little extra touch for our anniversary (like a greeting card or towel art) since I’d noted the celebration in our reservation, but unfortunately, there was none. The breakfast buffet was awesomely good! They offer high-quality food, from a selection of delicious breads and savory cold cuts to freshly cut fruits, freshly pressed juices, and your choice of hot coffee. You can even find cold Sekt (sparkling wine)! The service was incredibly excellent—the staff even brought water for the dog at the table next to us. That’s a huge plus point for me! Yesterday, we celebrated our anniversary dinner at the Theaterkeller, and they truly deserve their Michelin recognition. The food was mouthwatering! We ordered the Classic Flammkuchen as a starter, followed by the Maultaschen and Pfälzer Lamm for our mains. While waiting, they served delicious bread and complimentary scallops. Everything was heaven on a plate. Next time, we definitely want to try the artichoke, which looked amazing at the table next to us. The absolute highlight of this trip was the sauna and indoor pool. It was superb—honestly one of the best wellness facilities I've ever experienced. We spent a few hours there for two consecutive days just lounging and relaxing. The staff service here was top-notch. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again soon. This is officially my go-to hotel in Baden-Baden, and I will surely recommend it to all my friends and family!

You can walk to the Casino, which is situated literally next to the hotel. If you're traveling by train, then it's better to take a taxi from Baden-Baden bahnhof to the hotel vice versa. Highly recommended.

Wenig Aufmerksamkeit im Restaurant. Beispiel Toaster ohne Funktion da Stecker nicht eingesteckt war.Keine Frage am Tisch nach Wünschen. Ist in einem 5* Superior ein Nogo

酒店有停車場，離開時要拿卡在機器上刷卡付費。給了5樓的房間，要下幾層樓梯，對於我們有大箱子非常不方便。房間很美，設施齊全，衹是衞生間的門在床旁，進出不太方便。早餐很豐盛，餐廳很美。

前台服務態度很熱情，酒店地理位置非常好就在市中心，且靠近林蔭大道。早餐還不錯。唯一的問題是部分房間空調壞的，洗浴設施壞的沒熱水，跟工作人員反饋後無人進行維修

Hotel sehr toll. Restaurant sehr gut, Essen sowie Personal, Michelin auf jeden Fall verdient. SPA Bereich gut. Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bett, Aufhängemöglichkeit war lose an der Wand und schräg, unter dem Badezimmerspülbecken dreckig - bei Abreise gemeldet und sie sind uns preislich entgegengekommen,super. Waren Dankbar für Meldung. Zimmerinventar sehr schön. Bett bequem, Decken und Kissen gut. Frühstücksraum tiptop, angenehme Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich! Kleines Manko des 5 Sterne Hotels: ich hätte Brenesseltee gebraucht, bei Nachfrage an Rezeption wollte sich niemand darum kümmern oder die Besorgung anbieten. Mir wurden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen zum selbst besorgen. Kundenwünsche könnten an der Rezeption verbessert werden.
